I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Motherby House and am so grateful to the hosts, Jacquie and David, for making me feel so welcome. They’re both kind and engaging—and they gave me some great recommendations for places to eat and visit in the area. Breakfast was delicious and Jacquie kindly made me a tasty packed lunch for my hike! I’d be very happy to stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Lounge area well stocked with a cosy fireplace, games, guitar and piano :)

We stayed here for a few nights and it was lovely the views are beautiful, the hot tub was great and the actual accommodation was spot on! clean and spacious, beds were comfy and the lounge/kitchen area was big and open, perfect for a family stay! would recommend Richards lovely place to stay!

Emily is very helpful and genuine where Lennox Lea is clean and spacious. I and my family enjoy and have a great time staying here. I would definitely recommend others to stay.

Only stayed here for one night as we were on a walking holiday but wished it could have been for longer! Really comfortable and modern room with everyone you could need for a leisure or business trip including a fridge. The adjacent George & Dragon pub is lovely and does great food and drink and Castle Acre is just a 20-minute walk away. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Quasim's place for one night beacaue we were travellinv the next morning but after getting there we wished we would have stayed there the whole time we were in London. Quasim's place is so clean and very close to the town area and Gatwick Airport. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is perfect for large families, my group was five of us. Whenever I am visiting London again I will definitely be staying here.

honestly, this place was absolutely amazing, great value for money and felt like we have had a proper well rested break, the spa is amazing so if you want a peaceful break come here

Booked for one night to attend a family event. Hotel is very very pleasant and great value. It is also very well located incl. being only 6/7 minute walks from Heathrow A4 bus stop. Our room was spotless and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and room included kettle with teas and coffees. Very happy to stay there again and to recommend to others.

Just amazing. If you are looking for a good place to stay in Edinburgh stop looking and just get to Cresent House. Beautiful, very quiet, all the comfort you want and really friendly hosts Thank you for having us Michael & Paul. You really helped making our visit an incredible stay.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, the location quiet with great views over the lake. Off-street parking. If staying in Room 5 and ordering the Queen bed option, which comprises two singles pushed together, note that the beds do slide apart a little when slept on. Stores and pubs 5 minutes drive away. The local Highland Gathering held in August is great event to witness... Many thanks

Good location Enjoyed an evening out at local bar and restaurant then returned to accommodation for a few drinks. I could hear the sound of the pub beneath the room but I was able to fall asleep. It closed at 1am. The check in was quick and easy, we were spotted with our bags and the bar staff immediately responded and took us to our room. The room was big and spacious.

Stayed whilst visiting family. Was lovely to have the run of the whole flat even when Elaine was home too. Stunning apartment with gorgeous views. Easy walk into the town and also down across the golf course to the beach.

Jean’s place was exactly what we wanted. Clean, tidy, and in a prime location to see what nature has to offer. A beautiful place surrounded by more beauty. Jean was extremely friendly and accommodating toward my wife and I and we’ll definitely choose to stay there again when we’re back that way. Thanks for an enjoyable stay Jean.

Yvonne was a great hostess, friendly and helpful. The room was large, with two single beds, and comfortable with a shared modern bathroom/shower room nearby, and a separate toilet. All in all just what I required.

An excellent spot. Really well thought through property, with great communal spaces, and the pod bedroom we were in (Room 1) was fun for our group of four, while still giving us our own private spaces. The breakfast was super, and I loved the design/feel of the whole house. Very cool, clean and welcoming, with unique spaces in a beautiful building. I also loved the honesty fridge, and honesty amenities drawers - very helpful and straightforward. A few minor things which we found a little frustrating: 1. The sensored lights in the bedroom. The lights work on a switch, but also on a motion sensor, which was frustrating, as whenever a member of our party got out of their pod to use the bathroom, the overhead light would come on waking everybody else. 2. The music in communal areas felt a touch loud/unnecessary at times when we were hanging out/chilling in the evening. But these minor quibbles aside, an amazing place! Will definitely be returning, and recommending to others.
