It was very clean, very well taken care of, it was a calm place, we were greeted with a friendly face

Beautiful stay. Immaculate, lovely views and well presented. Everything was so clean, it felt new. We had a lovely taxi driver, Yusef, who took us to and from the harbour (his contact was left on the fridge) it was a 5-10 minute drive (4/5£) very cheap and very easy to contact via message. The host had equipped the villa to a very good standard with everything we needed for our stay. A small shop was a 5 minute walk away down the hill with all your basics. Some restaurants by harbour highly recommend Chamilion, Nova, Luna, Doy Doy, Barahat. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

We arrived at the villa in the middle of the night. Check-in worked out great with a keybox around the house. The villa is equipped with everything you need and all the items were fine in the condition. There is a television with German programs. But the best part is the great view from the pool terrace and balconies to the city and sea. We especially enjoyed it in the evening. We also didn't bother with the occasional calls of the muezzin from the nearby mosque. Thank you for the time.

Everything was close to perfect

Fantastic host! He was responsive with all everything we asked and we asked a lot! Sent someone for help instantly. The whole accomodation is as it looks on the pictures and kept up to beautiful standard. would 100% recommend if you have a large group!

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay, you can find everything you need in the house, it was the most magnificent house I have stayed in for cleanliness, the location is 15 minutes by car to the center, thank you Mr. Şihar for everything.

The best stay!!! Villa is magnificent, the view is crazy cool (seating on terrace with wine watching sunsets, Kalkan, rocks and sea - unbelievable!). Villa is clean, amazing view from each room, interior is very authentic in noble Turkish style. The resort around villa is gorgeous (orange trees, rocks, restaurants - amazing!) The supermarket is nearby so you could cook fresh feta salad or order fresh bread and enjoy your breakfast on the terrace. The way to Kalkan is a short beautiful walk! Recommended!

Our stay at this villa was nothing less than absolutely amazing! Impeccably clean, beautifully designed, comfortable and the views were breathtaking! We would spend hours outside by the beautiful infinity pool just taking in the spectacular view. We were warmly welcomed by the kind, friendly and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. He was very quick to respond to messages which we appreciated. The amenities in this villa was fantastic and thought was put into every small thing to ensure your stay here is comfortable. This was an incredibly unforgettable holiday and our stay at this perfect villa will be forever etched in our memories for life. We can’t wait to book again soon for another stay InshaAllah. "I had a great time at the villa, one of the most beautiful places with stunning views I have ever seen. The host's hospitality was exceptional, truly the best. When I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, they brought me a 4G modem within 10 minutes without any hesitation. The villa was very clean; everything was shining and spotless. If you visit this place, you will experience real kindness and hospitality. The only minor drawback was the road, but if you want a heavenly view, you have to pay the price." We were very satisfied , the cleaning was very good , every detail was thought out in the house, easy to reach, grocery stores, etc. The pool and the view were very nice. The only thing missing was the mosquito nets, so we had a little difficulty, and we had a very pleasant time. I would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful 7 days at Villa Mavi Manzera. Everyone mentions the views with good reason - the sunsets over the ocean, whether enjoyed on the 2nd floor balcony or by the pool, are incredible. The outside areas in general, from balconies to courtyard in front and the pool area, provide tranquil and beautiful places to rest and relax. The kids loved the heated pool! The rooms are large and well-appointed, and the floorplan is logically configured - important when traveling with kids and grandparents! The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, with lovely walks around the peninsula and a 7 min drive into town (we all fell in love with Kaș!) Finally, the responsiveness and hospitality provided by Oral and the caretaker Şanver cannot be overstated. They went above and beyond to accommodate: stocking the fridge before our arrival, graciously coming by to let us in when we forgot keys, organizing an unforgettable boat excursion, and ensuring the pool area was always spotless. Thanks!

We had a great time at this villa, felt like own home. Emir arranged free airport transportation for us which was very helpful. The villa is spacious, clean and secure. the caretaker is also very nice behaviour. Though he has difficulties in communicating in English, he could manage well and always available. The pool is very nice and clean. The treadmill was not operational so we didn't use. The TT , basketball and other facilities are nice . Lots of plants around the villa which makes the house more beautiful. All kitchen appliances and cookware available. We are satisfied and will recommend this property to others as well

Good place, would stay over again.

Zeynep's villa is on a hillside facing the sea, beautiful views. The house is very uniquely designed and very clean. The host was very friendly and communication was smooth. The car can be parked on the roadside about ten meters from the house. We went in winter, there were not many cars, parking was very convenient. Would highly recommend.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Baver for his interest and relevance. Someone who's relevant. Resolved minor issues very quickly. It is a new villa and the house has been very well cleaned. Comfortable 10 people were very comfortable. The view is super. Quiet and quiet. The pool is clean and large. The location of the villa is 10 minutes away from Kalkan. Very close to Kaputaş beach. It is 25 minutes away from Kaş. The roads are hilly, but no problem. We ended our vacation peacefully,rested and happily. Thanks!!

This is such a beautiful villa with stunning mountain views. If you want a peaceful place to stay, this is it. I would highly recommed hiring a car as it is quite far from shops, etc. Onur was highly responsive and checked in on us to make sure we were settling in well. Thank you again for what such a wonderful stay Sir.

We had a great stay at Sakir’s house. It’s very spacious, which we appreciated with two small children, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most basics and necessities, we cooked dinners most nights. We had a car so could easily get to town for supplies (10-15min drive) and explore the surrounding beaches. The dogs in the neighbourhood bark into the night, which didn’t bother me but kept my wife up at times. The bathroom drains were a bit smelly at times but keeping the doors closed dealt with that. The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset, and if Sakir can get some outdoor furniture up there it would be a nice spot for a drink at the end of the day! The Fesleğen Kokusu cafe just around the corner does an amazing Turkish breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our trip & highly recommended!

We had the most fabulous holiday at Villa Narnia, and Selma wad the most fantastic, attentive and helpful host. The villa was luxurious and had everything that we needed, the pool and outside terrace areas were just divine. We often just opted to stay in as we loved being in the space so much. We were a family of 5, me and my hubby and two kids and also a grandma in tow. We also loved that we were not all on top of each other, as house / living areas and bedrooms are spread across 4 floors. Really special place and we will be back!! We had a car and my mum would walk into town and get a taxi back, as it quite a steep hill walking back up, but it’s so super easy and also cheap!

It was a very clean and tidy house. Mr. Engin was very kind, helpful and understanding. The location was very nice. Close to markets, cafes and restaurants. It wasn't too far from the center either. It was quiet and peaceful. It was very sheltered and it was a very comfortable holiday in every way. My wife and I loved it and were satisfied. My advice and suggestion. Thank you Mr. Engin.

We stayed with 6 adults and 4 children and it was just super very relaxed cozy and quiet. What I can say to Baris and Sibel you will definitely find new friends. The two are so friendly and accommodating. I have rarely experienced that I can only say I made new friends. I can recommend this place to any family and recommend you will be super happy and satisfied. And if you're not a big family, the two have other accommodations ready for you. It was a beautiful stay as expected. You may easily prefer this villa if you prefer a calm stay. Everything was as described and shown on details. One minor cons it could be great if it was provided some toiletries like shampoo at least for the first day cause it is not easy to get at that point.
