Andrea was very attentive to everything. Although we don't know Italian, he was attentive and made an effort to understand us. Recommended. Everything was very clean. Very nice place. If I visit Europe again, I would stay at this place again

This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

Matteo's house was our first stop in our fantastic roadtrip with motorcycles in central Italy. The house is maybe even better than the photos , spotless and incredibly stylish. In his big plus , which was also a prerequisite for learning, his cozy and guarded parking that comfortably fits 2 motorcycles of great Cubism.

Fantastic host, fast communication and it is a lovely authentic Roma home. I would return here for sure!

Elena's house is in a strategic position, very close to the sea. It fully met our expectations and was comfortable to reach and visit the city, but wanted to stay in a quiet place. Thank you Elena for your hospitality and availability.

Our stay here was fantastic! Claudio was a spectacular host - he was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and had everything you could ever need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The yard is private and filled with beautiful plants and trees and the rooftop was a wonderful place to get some sun. Claudio and his home made our stay in Italy even better than we could have imagined!

I have never experienced so much kindness, availability, comfort, elegance, refinement, and everything was also very romantic... very rare to find all these things together!!! Thank you.

Super nice hosts, they were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. The hose is big, lost of space and nice interiors. The garden is beautiful. The beach is near by, approximately 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. Definitely would recommend to stay here!

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

very nice exteriors with a magnificent view. access by a small private path to a beach. restaurant below the house very nice (a little noisy on Saturday night for us). Daniela and Erik are very responsive. very nice house. a few items to renovate.. electricity and bathroom. a very nice stay for our family with our 4 children.

Fantastic nice accommodation, we were a group of friends of 10, everyone had their own room. Clean and fresh. Close to shop, slightly further to the beach. Was close to trains that took us into Rome. Nice living spaces. The pool was perfect, the grill we tested too. There was everything you could wish for. Nice host, responded quickly to questions if we had any questions. Helpful.

strategic location for getting to both the sea and Rome in a few minutes! the house is clean and cozy, kitchen and bathroom equipped in every detail. We did not meet Daniela in person but on the phone she was very helpful, the check-in was done by Tommaso who was efficient and punctual. If I wanted to go back there, I'd choose it again!

Fabio was a brilliant host to us. Having never been to the area, he was proactive in suggesting places for us to visit and even arranging restaurant bookings on our behalf. He went out of his way to cook us a great meal, offer to take us to the closest supermakets and super responsive whenever we needed to ask anything of him. The house was clean and spatious, felt very private in the area and at home whenever we were hanging out by the pool or having a BBQ. The only minor downside is the location, which ideally necessitates a vehicle to get around should you not be a fan of walking to and from places, but again, Fabio was brilliant in offering to drive us anywhere should we wish to, so it didn't feel like this affected our stay at all. We were pleasantly surprised, found great value for money and would definitely come back should the opportunity present itself.

We were a group of 14 people and it was perfect for all of us ! Near to the metro, it was really easy to move around Rome even if it is a bit far from the center. Maurizio is an excellent host, really welcoming and always here to respond to questions. The Villa is beautiful and perfect for big groups, there are a lot of modern equipments. We will come back next time in Rome for sure ! Thank you Maurizio !!

Simona is a wonderful host and her house is a jewel on top of a hill with absolutely spectacular panoramic views of mountains and valley! We had such a wonderful time and built some great memories. The house itself is so beautifully decorated and every nook and corner is amazing. Simona is super friendly and helpful with everything and ensures her guests are living in absolute comfort as if they were staying in her own house! We had such a great time in the beautiful garden that we didn't leave the house on first day at all! Absolutely recommend this place and so grateful to Simona for ensuring we had a perfect holiday in stunning Italy! Can't wait to return back soon!!

We stayed at this beautiful villa in two couples and two children, unfortunately only for 5 days. The villa is surrounded by an endless and very well-kept park with a wonderful pool and a very comfortable outdoor area! The interior is very spacious But the outside is the most beautiful part, it also has a comfortable brick barbecue very useful! The owners were always available and very kind and made us feel at home, always available and ready to give us a thousand directions! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back!! Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Thomas was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. A great holiday. Thank you Thomas.

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. My husband and I booked this Vila to host our immediate family the week of our wedding and it was PERFECT! The property itself was beautiful and was large enough that 11 people could stay there but not feel on top of each other. They had plenty of great amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and their communication was impeccable. It was a 8 minute walk to the train station which was amazing! Taking the train an hour up to Rome was a breeze. However- and it’s not a bad thing more like a heads up. We rented a large SUV (jeep compass) and the driveway is very narrow and tight! So just be careful when getting to the top. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely go back.

Had an amazing stay here. Great communication with host, and great house to stay in for a family of nine. Highly recommended!
