The perfect place near Rome.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

We decided to stay in this magnificent place to celebrate New Year's Eve and we are very happy to have made this choice! The place is surrounded by nature and offers spectacular views, from dawn to dusk. It is ideal for a retreat in contact with nature and yourself, but also for a group stay. Pietro is an extremely friendly host who puts the value of human relationships first, even when traveling. He and his wife welcomed us with a welcome drink with delicious local products (and he made us try the oil from his crazy olive trees!!) to get to know us better. Pietro has always been available for all our needs. Highly recommended for those looking for a slow and stress-free experience. See you next time! (Maybe in summer with the pool open :-) )

Apartment with two large terraces ideal for alfresco dining or sunbathing if you don't want to go to the beach... Very nice children's room, with ample space where you can store objects and clothes... Kitchen equipped with any utensils. The apartment is located on the third floor with an elevator, ideal for strollers, in a very quiet residential area close to the sea.

Our stay at Riccardo & Kate's property was fantastic, the property is as described, the views were awesome. Riccardo was more than happy to help us with local recommendations & bookings when we needed help as we speak next to no Italian. The local town of Castell'Azzara is a beautiful place & the local people were very helpful at the Coop, bakery & restaurants.

I was already in love with Lake Campotosto,but living it from Stefano's house was a unique experience...the view,the silence interrupted only by animals (and my dogs),the infinity of stars to contemplate(in fact I brought the telescope and I would definitely like to point out this place to astrophiles like me)for what I paid for. Stefano's house is simply beautiful,cozy(like him),warm,comfortable and equipped with everything you need. One pamper for our dogs who were able to safely break free. Stefano is also a delight,he explains everything about the house and not only(excursions,food, surroundings),and chatting is truly a pleasure. I'll be back soon.
