Had a lovely weekend with family. House was welcoming and immaculate. Andrew and Phillippa could not have done more.

The cottage is very well-equipped, with everything you need to rustle up a three course meal - plenty pots, pans, roasting tins, utensils and a huge six seater dining table. It’s really easy to organise supermarket deliveries but only a 10-12 minute drive (Carlisle) if you’d rather pick things up yourself. The location is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of great dog walks close at hand. If you’re feeling less energetic you can relax in the cosy lounge or sit upstairs in the seating area of the master bedroom with amazing panoramic views of the countryside (thanks to the floor to ceiling windows). Sharu was an absolutely lovely host - extremely responsive and ever so helpful, yet completely unobtrusive; allowing me the space to enjoy my stay. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again when visiting the area

Sandra is a one of a kind host ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ We had a medical emergency and not only was she super responsive on any messages before and during our stay. She offered above and beyond. Onto the accommodation, it is spotless, the beds are SO comfy, the house is quiet and spacious. A great venue and the Italian restaurant down the road is a family run beauty… get yourself there 🇮🇹 Could not recommend a stay here more. Thank you Sandra for making a stressful stay so much more manageable!

The house was lovely and homely. Gorgeous kitchen with all the utensils we needed to cook a nice meal. The house was spotless, it felt fresh and clean. Despite the weather not being great, the house was lovely and warm, we slept great and it was just what we needed for some quality time out. We will definitely be booking again, next time for longer than one night. Great host and accommodation, thank you.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was great and exactly what we needed, our host was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

We loved our stay here. It was perfect and felt so homely and welcoming. We needed to be near Durham but its all about the doggos so needed somewhere with a decent garden and nearby walks which it so was. There are walks almost on the doorstep. Would definitely return.

Lovely spot in the Tarset valley. Feels so cosy and in the middle of nowhere but actually close to all sorts of pubs and Bellingham. Comfy bed as well

We had a lovely stay at Francesca's home to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. 6 adults and 3 children were easily accommodated, and the space allowed us to have a fun catch-up. Fran's printed information sheets were great, and allowed us to make the most of our time there. Friendly, responsive host. We hope to be back!

Beautiful property in a great location with amazing views. The house was absolutely spotless and with living room upstairs, it enables the wonderful views, and the balcony is perfect for your morning coffee. Simon’s instructions were perfect to find the property easily, and he was so responsive when we needed to contact him (as we locked the keys inside the property), he sorted immediately. Would definitely stay again, thank you so much.

The caravan was in perfect condition, everything was easy to find and use and a great place to stay for a trip to Morecambe or Lancaster!

Ribbleside park is a wonderful place to stay. We really utilised the hottub and was great to see the stars at night! Check in was easy and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Not sure why there are no pictures of the kitchen or toilet but they’re a really good standard!! Would highly recommend and would come stay again

Lovely stay, shepherds hut was well equipped and had all you needed and was nice and cosy inside… outdoor space was also great and we loved the hot tub and bbq facilities which were provided. Gillan was a great host and showed us around, but privacy was not invaded which we liked. Would definitely recommend a stay here

beautiful location, caravan was very cosy and very clean , there was everything we could possibly need on our stay and a nice welcome basket was just a cherry on top , we had a great communication with Joanne and she was ever so kind 😊 highly recommended!

The cabin is very rustic, has everything you need-3 TVs including in both bedrooms/Netflix/utube/all TV channels/Games/Xbox-Alexa speaker-Kitchen is extremely well equipped-you just need to get an Air Fryer keep cooking costs down-beds very comfortable-a lot of thought has gone into the cabin and its facilities-The cabin sits on the largest slot on the site with a sloping wild garden, with some fantastic trees and a swing seat the views are very peaceful although my Arnie never got the chance to enjoy it my sons dogs did. There is a swimming pool and sauna on the site which was open but we simply didn't get the chance to use it and we could have had it to ourselves, were too busy out and about-Talbot bar at bottom of lane very dog friendly and met Dave the dog who sits on reception, free pool table also-loved feeding the wild bids each morning but wasn't a fan of the owl who was up and about each night-overall a little magical cabin and land it sits on. Will visit again-All the best PM

great wee place right off the motorway. clean, cozy, characterful. lots of information provided about local amenities. we just did a flying visit, but someone could definetly stay there for a holiday.

A lovely cosy cottage, nicely furnished with very comfortable beds and a great sized kitchen. Beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Amazing flat! Julie was great with communication and helping us with any questions we had. The flat was incredibly homely and spacious! We all had a fabulous stay and would definitely stay again! Well worth value for money!

Wow! An absolutely beautiful cottage in a relaxing and peacefully quiet area. Definitely a place to book if you want peace and relaxation and nice long walks. Our two dogs max and Logan absolutely loved all the open space and the bath in the bedroom was just a surreal touch it was amazing. Great selection of apps on the TV to snuggle down and watch films listening to the wind outside at night. Will definitely be back again, didn’t want to leave!!!

Another super weekend in the cosy, well equipped and comfortable apartment. Clare is a great host and we hope to return again next year.
