Your excellent holiday start with excellent accommodation. This Spacious, Modern, Quiet villa is what I am looking for. It is in a great location with three Balcony over looking the green and the sea. First floor comes with living area, eating table, equipped kitchen, toilet and big balcony. Second floor with three bedrooms, balcony and very big bathroom. Third floor is a big studio with sofa, bed, corner kitchen, toilet, shower and Huge balcony with barbeque corner. The house is clean with plenty of towels. There are three air condition. The area around the villa is green and great and you can find restaurants, supermarkets and more. The best part of my experience was the support from Mr. Sameh. He is really great Man. He greeted me at the airport with his sister. His sister took my family by car to the villa. And he came with me and helped me with my luggage and helped me to pick up my car from the rental company. On the first day, one of the air-condition suddenly did not work, I called Mr. Sameh and told hem about that. and within 24 hours, he replaced it with a new air condition (this was a great service from a person who really take care of his business). He was always available to give information and support at any time. I am pleased with everything and I am happy with my friendship with Mr. Sameh. If I visit Trabzon next year, defiantly I will take this beautiful villa again. Conclusion: Strongly recommended

The dwelling is a couple of sticks. Each Fella has 3 floors Very quiet and overlooking nature Approximately 8 minutes drive from the sea and services near the villa is a mosque and a simple supermarket There is a high car near the villa to pay attention to The owner of the villa is friendly and cooperative In front of the villa, the family of the owner of the villa, and they are friendly people as well Housing is very suitable for those looking for nature and tranquility and a car must be available for a little distant from the sea and services One last note. Accommodation close to the airport approximately 20 minutes away A/C needs more attention

Everything is so good I recommend to all visitors but there is only one problem in kitchen which is is stove it doesn’t work well 🤗

The place is beautiful and easy to reach and is 10 minutes away from the city but the host does not allow you an extra minute when you go out and unfortunately it is slow to respond to you after hours in a row the place is good
