Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

Beautiful apartment on the hill above Cala Gonone with fabulous sea view from the terrace. Paolo and Tina are wonderful, friendly hosts and were there to welcome us when we arrived with a tour of the apartment and directions to the laundry room. Paolo also provided great recommendations for Gonone's many restaurants. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Very nice and calm airbnb, for sure the nicest house on the block! Would recommend a yone else to go here.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment - the checkin with Marta’s aunt was super friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would love to come back and strongly recommend traveling there!

Mario was an excellent host, always within easy reach, very helpful and friendly. Check-in was hassle-free with a lockbox. Location was great. Tertenia is easy to reach and the beach nearby is very nice for children. We will be happy to come back. Shopping was within walking distance.

Great place and location!

Host courteous, accurate, available. The house is even better than it appeared in the photos, spacious, comfortable, clean, super view, fantastic terrace, warm outdoor showers before going up to the house. Beautiful and uncrowded beach. Everything is perfect, if you are looking for a quiet location, as in our case ( 2 families with children). It is not suitable for people looking for evening fun, village for walks or shops (only two minutes market) . For what we were looking for, everything was perfect.

Upon arrival, we were only startled at how close the apartment is to the neighbors (in the hotel next door was just leaving), but we were alone in the house and were thus able to enjoy the peace and use the large garden. We were also delighted with the cat visits. The bike path to the beach is super pleasant and a rarity in Sardinia. Also within walking distance of restaurants was very pleasant. We fell in love with the Spiaggia Di Su Sirboni and also visited the restaurant with sea view on the way. The mosquito windows were important, the microwave convenient, everything worked. Despite the simple decor, we didn't miss anything. Communication was also easy and friendly. We would come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

Particularly noteworthy is the good location of the apartment: at least ten beautiful beaches are very close. The nearest beach, Foddini, is even within walking distance. So you already need a car, but you don't sit in it for long! Cardedu itself is a pretty uninteresting little town, but there is everything you need. For larger purchases, Bari Sardo is not far away. The apartment is small but functional. Unfortunately, only one very tiny balcony where you could hardly sit for two. I would have liked to have had a seating area in the garden. But that was also the only drawback. The air conditioning worked flawlessly - important in the hot summer. During our stay, there was always a problem with the water, which was always solved on the spot. We felt really comfortable overall and would be happy to come back!

Overall, we were very satisfied. Manuela was very nice and always available. The house was good for us 4 (2 adults and 2 children) from the place. Kitchen has the essentials that you need. Even got milk, coffee powder, and a bottle of water. The air conditioning in the living/dining room is loose enough for the whole house. Cools very well!The property is a dream and is very quiet. It grows grapes, figs, pears, from which we were allowed to eat and from time to time we got fresh eggs from the chickens. Great also that there is a washing machine. However, the way to the house is not for lowered cars. The highlight is the open terrace. Just the many flies are a bit annoying. In the evening with candles everything is great! The beaches near Foxi Murdegu and Foxi Manna are very nice and not overcrowded like many others.

Beautiful stay in Baunei for a long weekend to climb in beautiful Sardinia. The house is beautiful, in the center of Baunei and with convenient private parking (very useful given the narrow streets of the village!) Rosanna is very kind and always responsive, we will definitely contact you again when we return!

Lovely view, and homey place!

We had a great week at the property. It is very nice and big enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The listing is located on a quiet street with space to park. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Small house on the ground floor in the peaceful companion, the house is very pretty with a beautiful little garden, very clean, very complete kitchen equipment, very rustic and charming real wooden furniture, supermarket and pharmacy in the neighborhood. We were able to visit the Baunei coast on a boat tour from the port of Santa Maria Navarrese a 30min drive from the accommodation.

Unfortunately, a short stay is a house that for the comfort and accessories is worth living even for long vacations . I have never found a cleaner and more comfortable house in all my trips , very comfortable even for families ( the children's bedroom that we did not use as it is only two of us are beautiful ) scent of clean everywhere , very comfortable bed with choice of pillows , impeccable bathroom with even the hair straightener. Fresh drinks available in the fridge for arrival , very welcome . Plenty of very useful informative tourist brochures, very nice disney DVDs for children ( but also for adults😅) . Mrs. Rosalba of a unique kindness and availability, we 💜 hope to return to you to visit this wonderful area again with every comfort offered by the house 💜

The place looked exactly like the photos and was very clean. There was very good parking and the supermarket is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable from the first day and found Ivan extremely helpful as a contact.

Nice apartment, good location, as described, very good hospitality from the host who is always reachable, also recommends good addresses. The city of Cala Gonone is ideal for staying with children. Provide beach shoes (Gallet beaches). We also recommend taking the boat cruise, to make the most beautiful beaches of orosey golf, better to book. We'll probably be happy to go back.

We had a great time at Marcello's. The apartment is as described, very comfortable and in a strategic location. We'll definitely be back.

Laura was very kind and the apartment was exactly as described and seen in the photo. Very clean, cared for in every detail and super equipped with a dishwasher, air conditioning and a place to spread out! Kitchen is super equipped! A great stay! It was like being at home. If I go back to the area, I'll definitely consider it!
