there were three of us here. A lot of space and very very nice house/apartment. More beautiful than in the pictures. Great view from the terrace. Grill/ dishwasher / washing machine, etc. Everything was very clean. We were very satisfied and would be happy to come back! Very friendly host. Thanks again!

We loved staying at Massimilianos place. Tortoli is very quaint and the area is very relaxed, safe, and beautiful. The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities one could hope for! Recommended

Very nice apartment, sea view, at the foot of Cala Liberotto beach, in the pine trees with a wide terrace. James and Antonio welcomed us beautifully. Sea equipment available (Kayak) as well as a garden with BBQ, 2 outdoor showers to rinse off when returning from the beach. Top neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and popular parties.

The house is spacious, modern, and comfortable, and is fully stocked. We stayed for several days and had everything we needed even to do laundry. Giuseppe was always very attentive to our orders and was very kind. The house is close to the commercial area of the village.

beautiful house, large, cared for in every detail, the scent as soon as you enter and the scent of soaps tell you a lot about the care you take, congratulations. It is reached through a small dirt road and is isolated in the most absolute peace... but with all the comforts of a newly renovated house. We took advantage of the location to reach Cala Gonone and take a boat trip (40 min south), highly recommended, and to reach the biderosa oasis (25 min north). For anything, Giovanna is very affordable.

The B&B is located in the center of Desulo, a pretty village. The interiors were equipped with everything that could be useful for the stay and everything was clean. The self check-in and check-out process is extremely convenient. Ilaria has always been kind and prompt in responding. If it happens, we will definitely come back to visit the neighboring villages

Beautiful view with sunrise if it's a little morning! The house is perfectly equipped as if you were at home! The pool is nice when it's hot! Anna and Elisabeta are very welcoming, available and responsive We had a pleasant stay with the family.

We had a wonderful stay. The house had everything needed. In the middle of nature but with all the services very close on foot. The best of the house, the outdoor shower, surrounded by greenery. And having fresh eggs every day… fantastic. A plus of the house. The hostess of 10, I leave us excellent welcome food, always very attentive and attentive. We would repeat without hesitation.

Incredibly peaceful and comfortable spot for a holiday! Everything was provided for a longer stay. Would absolutely stay again. Short walk to the water and exceptional pizza and food minutes away. Host is very accommodating and thoughtful.

In the apartment you have found everything you need. The location is central. We can only recommend the apartment. If we come back to the region, we will ask again.

Beautiful location, close to beach (Cala Liberotto), but you can also stay in by the pool. Perfect location if you want to travel and visit all the stunning beaches around Orosei. All the staff are super friendly and always prompt to help with a big smile. Spotless apartment with all what you need. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and above all the gelateria :-) Many thanks for having us, we will be back soon. x

What a great spot and a wonderful host. The property towers over Tortoli with views of the valley and the mountains all around. Discharge upon arrival: reception asking for a voucher that we did not have, obligation to pay linen and tourist tax not indicated in the listing, Sara unreachable. We asked AirBnb to step in and we were promptly refunded the linen. Upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment instead of 2 and a large and very nice terrace. The apartment is spacious. The equipment matches the listing. A microwave is missing, which would be convenient. The residence was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool very much during our stay, there are also tables and chairs in a pleasant common garden. The location is good, a little far from the beach (15-20 min walk for the nearest), nearby there are 3 supermarkets (about 5-7 min walk for the 3), many restaurants and ice cream parlors on the beach road. There are beautiful beaches walking a little north and we are right next to the Biderosa nature reserve: a must!
