Holiday rentals with a patio in Ardea

We chose this apartment for our short vacation in Rome. Stefania is a super friendly host and has always been active in our questions or requests. The house was as described in the photo and was very clean and tidy. We will definitely consider it as a property for our next visit to the capital.

great location, very clean apartment, excellent communication

This was a lovely apartment for our 6 days in Rome. The location was ideal—outside the tourist areas, offering an authentic Roman neighborhood feel, yet well-connected with both bus and metro options nearby. The area itself was lively, with plenty of breakfast bars and excellent restaurants just around the corner. The flat was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The double bed was extremely comfortable, and for our boys, there was a bunk bed setup. We did have to figure out the clever pull-out design with a hidden step after the first night, but once we did, it worked perfectly. Towels were provided in abundance, and the windows were very well insulated, which helped block out the noise from the busy streets of Rome. The host was always available for any questions we had and replied very quickly. We highly recommend this place!

Thanks to Iris and Daniella, lovely ladies and superb hosts. Totally responsive, nothing too much trouble. We spend many weeks each year in Rome and when visiting in hot weather like an apartment that has easy access to the centre of the city and also outdoor space for sunbathing, eating etc. Iris place ticked those boxes for us. Ponte Milvio is a super area with lots of great places to eat and drink. A pleasant walk down to the amazing old bridge and you can drop down to the bus station and there is also a fantastic tram service. Very frequent, takes 10 mins to Piazza del Popolo. Romes public transport is so easy to use and exremely pleasant to use and cheap. It became a very enjoyably part of our trip. There is also a bus stop opposite the apartment to save walking to the station. The apartment is a home from home. Everything you could need. We had a very happy three week stay and were well catered for. The apartment's out door space is fantastic with an amazing outdoor kitchen!

We had a super rich stay, we booked a little bit of time but Dunia made it easy. The instructions were very clear about arrival. The location is great, close to the trevi fountain, metro line A, and many restaurants/shops. We stayed 3 in the apartment and the truth was super comfortable that the apartment has a very spacious living room. There was not only a sofa bed but a fold out bed. The kitchen was all stocked with good quality loaded coffee. We had a wonderful time, 100% recommended.

We spent some nice time in the house. We did appreciate to be able to have our meal on the balcony, the quality of the bed and the cleanliness of the place. Many thanks Annamaria for your help and your kindness.

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

We had a great summer with a family with children. The house has a big private garden where the kids can play. Very convenient with private road down to the beach, which makes it easier to walk on the beach several times a day. In addition, a shower in the garden was very helpful to flush the sand when coming from the beach. The house was large with plenty of space for several families. Would aboslutt recommend the place. We would gladly came again.

We spent a month in Paolo's house with my wife and two little kids and we really enjoyed everything about that! Paolo was a great host and the house has everything that you can wish – well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, AC and nice garden with a grill. As a parent, I also appreciated the reliable fence around the garden, which makes it safe for the kids. :-) The neighborhood is very calm and friendly, the shops, restaurants and bars are nearby and there is plenty places to visit around – the sea, Nettuno, Anzio,... And Rome's main train station is less than 50 minutes away by a comfortable and cheap train. I highly recommend Paolo's house to anyone, who wants a nice and quiet place to enjoy Italian sun, heat and comfort – for both families or smaller groups of friends. PS: The area is nice and warm even in November!

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Daniela and her husband were super friendly, they gave us more things than they needed to give us, they were always attentive to our needs.... The place, the house and Daniela are highly recommended.... Thank you so much, we had a spectacular family stay. Nela, Raúl y flia.

A good host and a home that matches the description is rare to find these days on AirBnb. Gian Piero’s home was exactly as described and he was a very proactive, responsive host. I wish more AirBnBs are as smooth and accurate as my experience. Easy 5/5 stars.

It was a good place to stay with a little bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. Danilo is great with communication and accommodating us for our needs, friendly host.

The apartment is very well located in isola sacra and very well equipped. 300m away is the beach and along the sea lots of restaurants. The center of Fiumicino is a 25min walk while enjoying the walk along the sea. The apartment is very clean and there are cleaning products, towels, shampoo, shower gel etc. Guests are professional and welcoming. We were there with 3 children aged 10, 3 and 2 and everything went very well. Thank you 😊

Claudio was a friendly and helpful host. he saved us from the storm by giving us access to the apartment before the scheduled time! The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, and the terrace was beautiful (although we did not take advantage of it due to the weather😭). the location allows you to access the main attractions even on foot, and the bus to go to the station is around the corner. all the restaurants you recommended were great experiences! we highly recommend it and hope to go back, maybe in the summer with the most gracious weather!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

This was such a great location…right across the street from the colosseum, a grocery store steps away from the front door, and surrounded by many excellent restaurants. We loved the patio and spent many nights sitting out there drinking wine. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and had lots of space.

Very cozy and comfortable place, conveniently located, well equipped apartment. It is very rare that you need a first aid kit, she was there thank you) The shower is very clean and nice, the bed is very soft and comfortable, it was very comfortable to sleep) Sometimes it was noisy in the hallway, but it didn't spoil the experience, no one made noise closer to the night Many thanks to the hostess! certainly super hosts in a super apartment. the hosts were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and before that. the apartment is quaint and beautiful and 5 minute walk for st.peters basilica, walking distance from many other important spots and from comfortable public transport. the street was busy and hechtic during the day but the apartment is quiet and private. in summary, it was really supper.

We had a fabulous stay at Giuseppe and Rudis splendid apartment. The apartment was perfect for our family of four with two young (pre-teen and teen) sons and felt both luxurious as well as comfortable and “at home”. Everything was in perfect condition and the terrasse/balcony was perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon glass of whine before going out for dinner. We were mostly walking, but the metro is only a 3min walk away. Communication was excellent and proactive. It was a fantastic stay and we can definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay in this apartment. Roberto and Marta are extremely kind hosts, they welcomed us very well, were very responsive from start to finish ( responses after just 10 minutes) and even offered nearby restaurants that were also excellent. The apartment itself was perfect, beautiful, very clean, well-equipped and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. It is a 5-minute walk from the metro and very close to the TRAM also making it easy to get to the center of Rome. Thank you for everything! If we come back to Rome, we will stay here, for sure 100%. I recommend you a thousand times!!

Easily my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in a lot. Beautiful, well designed apartment, beautiful view, great location in a great area. Walkable to everything. The guide that was provided was the most extensive guide I've ever gotten; you don't even need a travel guide. Every restaurant we ate at was a recommendation from the guide and was excellent. If you have an early or late plane, I suggest letting them book a transfer for you. It's only 10 euros more than the standard cab fare and so convenient. Highly, highly recommend!
