The host is very friendly, the location is good, it is very close to the airport, clean and hygienic, the area is also large, there is also a private parking space, the kitchen is more complete, the wifi speed is average, the house is beautiful, we will continue to come back again.

We felt welcome , the house is very clean and fully equipped , situated in a quiet area near shops , restaurants and shoping centre. Seda is a very kind and helpfull lady , she provided us with all the information needed. We also found great sugestions for things to do in Istanbul on the board in the kitchen. We definitely recommend this house to anyone travelling to Istanbul.

A house with a great view in a great location. It was nice to enjoy the Bosphorus when you were at home, it was a pleasure to walk through the streets of Arnavutköy when you left the house. We would also like to thank Hakan for his helpfulness and prompt responses

The house has loads of character and everything you need. The area had a power cut on one of the days. mamati was really helpful and responsive and the power was back on the next day. The neighborhood allowed me to create a memory that I will always remember thanks to the atmosphere and details in the apartment, the room. Thanks to the harmony of antique furniture and modern touches, I felt at once in both periods. We spent five nights in the apartment in the middle of February during a big snow storm period in Istanbul. Unfortunately the boiler kept going out but Ram was quick to fix it and communicated well with us throughout. We had a small misunderstanding on the airport transfer fee which is 60€ per trip and not 60€ for both ways. The apartment was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay a lot. Thanks again

The place is beautiful and the site is very excellent and I hope to reconsider the amount as it is considered high, as well as mentioning that the house consists of two floors. However, I do not mind repeating the visit, as it is considered one of the special places in which I lived in Istanbul

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Istanbul! The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view—it was truly mesmerizing, both during the day and at night. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable home away from home. I appreciate Yunus hospitality and help!

The place is very well located with a good connectivity too all the places we wanted to visit. The apartment inside matched the photos, was very comfortable and had everything that was listed. The views from one of the windows in the apartment are nice, and the views from the rooftop are amazing. I really encourage you to go there to meet the sunrise at least once. The host was great and very quick in responding to all our questions. A few important call outs that might be important for some: (i) the place is located on a very steep street, you will likely need to go uphill every day (note that the whole area is very hilly); (ii) soundproofing is far from perfect, you can hear people from other apartments or from the entryway. Neither of these things bothered us, so I'm not lowering the rating, but I can imagine it could be a big issue for some.

We had such a great time at Inanc Bey’s apartment! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the center of Kadıköy and close to the metro and Vapur. There are lots of cute cafés nearby, but the area is still quiet, so we slept really well. What made our stay extra special was Inanc Bey himself. He was always there for us, gave us great recommendations – not just for Kadıköy but for other parts of the city too – and made everything so easy. Thanks to him, we felt totally comfortable in the middle of this lively (and sometimes chaotic) city. Bonus points for the adorable neighborhood cats! If we come back to Istanbul, we’ll definitely stay at one of Inanc Bey’s places again. Thanks for everything!
