We were warmly welcomed in this beautiful house with the most amazing view 🤩 the communication was super easy and responsive and the owner and everyone are wonderful people! Even helped us out with some olive oil and other things - thank you! :) The place is new, very modern, super clean and spacious, one of the best we have ever been to! Beds very comfortable. And very quiet to get good rest! It is just a 20 minutes walk to the ocean, a beautiful beach!! and we have been on cool hikes in the area, a beautiful one right along the coast and - there is even one starting right behind the house!! We even took the owners amazing dog with us :) We had sunny weather our entire stay and the ocean was warm, amazing weather here even in the end of October! It was perfect to spend time on the balcony, sunshine until midday around this time year. Good WiFi if you want to remote work. We highly recommend!

It was a beautiful villa and wish we could have stayed longer!

A beautiful beautiful house, quietly located half an hour drive from Athens but close by is a super cozy square with supermarket and restaurants very nice! We were welcomed by the owner's daughter. Suoer nice she gave us tips and showed us around. We have felt like a millionaire really great. Beautiful swimming pool, tennis court, very cozy, super big, everything is there. Really had a very nice time and the view is unforgettable! We never forget this whole trip and this house! Thank you!

Let me first say, if you have kids, this is your place! I always have a hard time finding the perfect place for my kids and this is definitely the spot! A FULL toy/play room, basketball court outside, soccer goals, outdoor play place - what more could you want???? Very peaceful, yet still close (driving) to great restaurants. I highly recommend, especially if you have a family!

Xαρα not only opens her house for her guests, but she opens her heart. Her hospitality is undisputable- from the very early welcoming throughout the whole stay; whatever is needed, she will provide her guidance or assistance. Meanwhile, she highly respects guests’ privacy and pays the right attention. The house is beautiful. Everything is well organized and convenient. We were family of six (2 adults and 4 children) and felt absolutely wonderful.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Kostis’ Mediterranean-style villa in Nea Makri. The home and property were absolutely beautiful—charming, spacious, and surrounded by the natural beauty of the area. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. Kostis’ lovely mother greeted us with such warmth, which made the experience even more special. The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the terrace or unwinding after a day of exploring, it truly felt like a home away from home. We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

The beauty of this location and home cannot be overstated. The views of the Aegean, the beautiful flowering gardens and the design and decor of the home are spectacular. We had 7 guests here for our daughter’s wedding and on the wedding day 5 additional bridesmaids came for the day plus a makeup artist and hairstylist and photographer and the great rooms of this house provided ample room for all the day’s activities. We also hired the recommended Chef Theodore to cook for us at the house one day and that was a great experience. Our only issues were the narrow winding driveway was a challenge for larger vehicles and not all local ride share drivers could locate the house with the directions given. Overall, the experience of staying here is one we all treasure.

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

Kostas was an amazing host and helped us with a lot of things besides the house. The mansion was very beautiful and had a lot of space, we could easily fit at 16 people and had a lot of room. The terrace is particularly amazing. I would definitely recommend!

Great apartment. Modern, clean, well equipped, with air-con/heating in all rooms, a fridge, kitchenette and two pretty much separate accommodation areas with their own bedrooms and bathroom upstairs & downstairs. Looks just like the pictures!

Christina is a wonderful host and such a kind and nice person. The house was amazing and clean, we were there with small children and everything we needed was there. We rented a car at the airport and in 20 minutes we were at the house. The pool and garden were perfect for ourselves and the kids as well. We will definitely come here again !

We were at the property over Christmas. Zoe put a lot of effort into it and decorated the apartment for Christmas. He also responded to all inquiries and helped. It is a great apartment with enough space, a short walk to the sea and the small town with shops and restaurants. The airport is a relaxed 20 minutes away and it is about 40 minutes to a conveniently located metro station (Nomismatokopio) to Athens. I could also imagine it being good for the summer.

Fantastic location that is close to Athens so able to visit the Acropolis easily. Great local restaurants and some beaches within walking distance. The villa was great and just as described. The pool was the highlight for us as well as a lack of mosquitoes! Definitely recommend the villa and Lydia!

We had the most wonderful time. The villa is so beautiful and spacious. We had all we needed to cook and have a bbq. Lovely fresh linen and towels. The pool was lovely and private. Hammock was a great bonus. Views were beautiful and very easy to find from the airport. Thank you so much Gina

Awesome trip, would do it again!

What a fantastic host, George is very responsive and is on hand if anything is needed. Beautiful home with a lovely pool and surrounding gardens. The pool is a tad chilly but is refreshing in the hot weather. The place is very peaceful but the odd plane can be heard due to the flight path. This didn’t cause any issues for us. The house had everything we needed and George very kindly provided us some food for our stay which was a lovely touch. Car hire is definitely needed to get out and about as nothing is walkable and it’s nice to explore the nearby towns and restaurants. Overall a fantastic stay and is perfect for larger groups.

Wonderful villa that was exactly what we wanted. We were 3 adults and a 2 year old and the villa gave us plenty of space and was well equipped for eating in. A travel cot and high chair were provided. All the bedrooms are a good size and there’s plenty of space to completely unpack and hang all of your things up or put in drawers- I’ve actually never stayed somewhere with so much storage space! All bedrooms also have access to a balcony which is nice. Great outdoor space with a sunken trampoline which was perfect for our toddler. You can walk to the beach in about 30 minutes where there are some lovely restaurants, a little park is approximately 15/20 min walk and a great butchers and green grocers was about a 10 min walk- this was great for us as we love cooking and the produce was amazing. The area is pretty quiet and at the time of year we travelled mostly just locals which we really liked. The co-host Panos was SO helpful and accommodating and I would definitely book again.
