New, clean apartments, they look like in the pictures. There is a parking space in the yard. The only downside is that you have to sleep on a sofa in the bedroom, which is not as comfortable as a double bed. A big plus is that in the apartment is games, puzzles and additional equipment for kids in the bathroom. Special thanks for that!

Staying in this apartment went very pleasantly, the clean interior after a general renovation made with taste is a huge plus, in addition, the neighborhood affects a positive rating due to its proximity to the lake where we have well-developed infrastructure, a perfect place to spend free time. Communicating with your host is quick and specific.

Great apartment on the third floor with a lift and a balcony. Nice and quiet during the day and night. Very comfortable beds. Lots of toys for little ones, and Idka put a baby cot in the apartment for us. We had fresh towels, tea, coffee and all utensils. Cosy living room and a big selection of TV programmes. All rooms including bathroom and kitchen very clean. Clear communication with host, and clear check in/check out instructions. Thank you Idka

I only have one word for this apartment - perfect! Nothing to add and nothing to take away - simply perfect. The location is amazing, with most of the windows and the balcony facing the lake. It was quiet and peaceful for most of my stay. There is a restaurant on the lower level but it was manageable and they closed at decent hour. There are a few nice restaurants along the lake promenade. The apartment is on the 1st floor with an elevator, a rare benefit of a brand new building. Jacek was an amazing host and made sure that I had everything that I needed. There was coffee, tea, bottled water and lots of chocolates (my favorite). I have traveled with airbnb for over ten years and this was by far my favorite apartment. I would not only come back here but I would actually see myself living here. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable! My only comment is that the entrance was a bit tricky to find but Jacek was helpful in explaining it.

Cozy and lovely place, piano is nice to play and the space is really well laid out. Had everything we needed for our two week stay :) It’s also got a great location, with a short walk to both restaurants, grocery stores and the lake. Host is super friendly and very helpful, when we messaged about a minor problem we encountered with the plumbing there was someone there to fix it right away. The welcome was very warm, felt right at home the second i entered the door, and leaving was just as lovely. Absolutely a place i’d consider going to again the next time i’m in Suwałki ❤️

Very good value for money. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and is equipped with all necessary amenities. In addition, it is located in the very center of Gołdapi so almost everywhere is very close. From the small downsides, you can mention the lack of WIFI, although it has to be said that the information about the lack is in the listing description, so we knew what we were deciding on. A nice surprise was a pretty big selection of board games available in the apartment.

Loved your stay. Very cozy apartment. I wanted to book for 2 months initially, but I booked for 1.5 months I regret thatit was not for 2 months. The apartment had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything was in the kitchen. There was an opportunity to extend. The hostess is very hospitable. It was also great wifi. Very soft bed, despite the fact that I sometimes have problems sleeping here in 1.5 months, I almost always slept hard. The location is a great 15 minute walk and a great place to walk around the forest and the lake. Also close to the city center there are shops: Lidl, femur and kaufland within a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Very easy and constant contact with Magdalena, she always answered any questions and allowed to check in early for which I thank you very much. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Very good location and easy check-in. Highly recommend

I spent a great 2,5 weeks here. The place felt like home. A modern, quiet and luxurious place from a walking distance of the city centre. Józef was very helpful and we managed to understand each other well enough using a translator app. I will definately be back when spending longer times in the city.

The location is great, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay for a short or even long stay (I rented this accommodation for a month). I note that the apart is quite small, so for two people or a couple with a child there will not be enough space, but for one person - perfect . I recommend sincerely.

Great place and great host. Sauna and hot tub do the work. Dog-friendly place. Highly recommended for both winter and summer getaways.
