Sunny Quiet Studio-Old Town

Our studio is a 39 m2 charming and sunny space located on the 2nd floor (two floors above ground level) facing a courtyard of trees. We’re located in the old town center of Wroclaw, just minutes from the Rynek central square, Hala Targowa market where you can buy fruits and vegetables and the beautiful Odra River. Our apartment has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We live in an old building with just a few very kind and quiet neighbors. We love our home and hope you will, too!

This unique apartment occupies the attic of a historic building, which is part of rural buildings. There is 80 m2 with a separate entrance. The apartment includes a large living room with a children's corner, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table and a bathroom. Upon request, we provide a historic cellar where you can spend a pleasant evening by the fireplace and a glass of wine. Located at the heart of Old Town, in the famous „Proffesor’s House” with the view overlooking the Vistula River the place is very cozy and quiet.The building is an old granary with 2 entrances - higher Brzozowa Str (then the apt is on 1st floor) and lower Bugaj Str (4th floor so you’ll enjoy some excercise)! The apartment is located in Kazimierz district, a place where you can feel the soul of Cracow and where Jewish and Christian culture are mixing together in amazing way. Even though you are in the middle of Kazimierz the apartment is in quiet area and only one narrow path to pass and you will find yourself in a middle of street network with buzzing pubs, restaurant and cafe. Localization of the apartment is great to explore Cracow as every main attractions are reachable on foot.

Top floor, ( elevator) stylish studio apartment (open space style 35 square meters ) with small balcony and great views. Great location, 8 minutes walk to the Old Town!! A sparkling clean studio in the very center, in a historic building with high ceilings and views of the city square,on the fourth (last!) floor, but there's an elevator!
