Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Avon

We had a great stay in Breckinridge and Tricia was a wonderful host! Everything about the process from booking to checkout was smooth and Tricia was very proactive about communicating with us and was even so kind to offer local recommendations when I reached out. The house was absolutely beautiful- even better than the pictures which are already outstanding. The house was a cozy mountain retreat and was perfect for our group which ranged from 4 years old to 70. I would highly recommend Tricia and this beautiful house to anyone.

Our family loved staying in the home location was great very close to everything specially since we had no vehicle bus stop was near so it worked out perfectly for our needs house was cleaned and kitchen had everything we needed communication with Michael was great he helped us out we will definitely recommend it to anyone going to Breckenridge and we will definitely stay here again when ever we decided to come back 🤗

We were lucky enough to stay at Alex’s during a blizzard, fulfilling the “snowy, secluded cabin in the woods” vibe we wished for, but didn’t think we’d get when we booked months ago. The space was clean and homey, the beds were soft, and we had all the amenities we needed, including many streaming services to hunker down and cuddle up with at the end of the night. There was even a shovel to help us dig our car out when we had to make a grocery store run, haha.

The house was perfect for the three of us that stayed there with room for many more. The location was perfect and was exactly what we were looking for in a ski-in/ski-out. The house was very clean, hot tub worked perfectly, had nice views, and was exactly as described.

We really enjoyed staying at Andrew’s property. The place was clean, convenient and cozy. Andrew was quick to respond when minor issues arose. Only complaint is it’s a steep hill to the property and other residents/guests parked on the hill which made the drive down with snow very difficult. If you stay here in the winter make sure you have a dependable 4WD. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great spot- super central to Breckenridge and Vail, and the town is so cute!

Our stay at Janet's place was great. we loved that the shuttle was right out the front door and could get us to go the slopes in minutes. There was plenty of space for 7 adults and the house was fully equipt with everything we needed. The basement provided a great space for us gear up before the slopes.

Had a great stay and wonderful trip to Breck. The house was everything we expected and more! Only a short trip to town, very spacious, and extremely well equipped. Easily one of our top 5 family vacations. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

My wife and I were looking for a peaceful base from which to ski in Vail and Beaver Creek without having to stay in either of the 'mega-resorts' themselves. Kris and Karm's apartment in Minturn was perfect! Vail and Beaver Creek were both within easy reach via car or the Eagle Valley free bus network. Minturn itself is at the end of the off-piste Minturn Mile route you can ski from Vail (so you can walk home) and you can also ski at Meadow Mountain which is just down the road (and again on the bus route). Minturn offers a range of eating options, several bars and even a whisk(e)y distillery. The apartment itself is very private, lovely and warm and has all the appliances you could need. It also benefits from a lovely riverside terrace with a firepit that we were able to use even though it was very cold when we visited. Kris and Karm were very friendly and happy to provide local hints and tips. We would definitely stay again when in the area!

Amazing spot for my fiancé and i with our two dogs. Right next to the shuttle that took us straight to the gondola but when we wanted to walk it only took 15 mins to get into town. Super cozy as well. We will definitely be back! :)

Great place to stay on 4 o'clock run. Easy checkin and close parking. There was some building maintenance/construction (April 2024), but was not loud or very noticeable in the condo.

Beautiful location and the free bus literally steps away from the unit was such a plus! The space was perfect and super clean! The hosts were extremely kind and allowed us to check in 2 hours early which was SO appreciated! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

I think the location makes the place and communication. shame about the tree otherwise you would have slope views from the inside.

Katy is a great host and you cannot go wrong with renting her AirBnB. The accommodations she made for us were beyond kind and she left a great deal of additional amenities in the place for us. Amazing location too - within a 10 min walk from the bus station that connects you to Vail. We had a great stay!

Hayley and Mike’s place was situated only a few minutes walk from the free shuttle that ran throughout vail. Their home was comfortable and warm, and they were very responsive and friendly! We’d definitely stay here again. 😀

Nancy was a wonderful host. The unit is bright and super comfortable. You are close to both mountains. Great stay!

Douglas’ home was perfect for our annual trip to Breck. The location is perfect, literally within mins of Main St. The house is clean, well-appointed, and easily accomodated my family of 6. The parking garage was a nice convenience as well. My family and I have stayed at various lodges on 4 O’Clock Rd over the years and this was the best yet. A true gem! See you next year!!!

Aaron’s place was exactly as described. It was quiet, cozy, and a great place for some R&R. I was out on the mountains snowboarding everyday I was in silverthorne so coming home to make a fire in the fireplace and watch a movie was the perfect way to end my night. Would definitely stay here again.

Denise's place is fabulous! Great location, quiet, and comfortable. I loved to walk out and ski in, and to be so close to town. It was a good size for a studio, nice closet space. Would love to return!

Beautiful apartment right on the water! Or should I say ice cause winter. ❄️ loved the home and Blake and Angie were very clear on Instructions. Would absolutely visit again !

The condo was as described, well-equipped, and was the perfect landing spot for our little family ski vacation.

Wonderful place! Clean, well stocked and plenty of space! Great parking and convenient location. Gordon was a great host as he gave easy to follow instructions and responded quickly to questions. Will definitely look into return visit!

This was our 3rd year staying at Mary and Alan’s place. Wonderful condo that is spacious, bright and near the slopes. We were comfortable and utilized the additional amenities right across from the building - hot tub, heater pool, and sauna. The kids used the sleds to slide behind the condo, which was an additional plus, as I was able to monitor them directly from the windows.

10/10 recommend. The condo comfortably fit 4 adults. The view is breathtaking during winter. It's convenient to multiple ski resorts. The cookware is all in good shape which is hard to find in an air bnb. If this is your location you won't be disappointed.
