Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Awatere Valley

Our stay was perfect! Perfect location, close to everything we needed and very private. Would not have thought we were so close to the main hub of Richmond. Karen was a pleasure to deal with which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were so surprised at how well laid out the accommodation was - I don’t think the photos actually do it justice. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay again if dates and availability suit.

Very nice place, clean and modern. The host was helpful and gave us clean towels every day. The kitchen is a little small for a longer stay but still functional.

This apartment opening out onto the beautiful Kaikoura Bay was fantastic. We awoke to a beautiful sunrise both mornings from our bedroom. The apartment was Immaculately presented with attention to detail in all aspects. It boasts quality fittings, towels, linen etc. Proximity to the local picture theater allowed me to nip next door to watch 'Tina' which I thoroughly loved. Walking distance to restraunts. Very, very good value for money.

Great location, a 15min stroll to town, easy to check in and nice and clean. Full kitchen to cook in but plenty of walkable restaurants around. Beds were comfy. Even without an ocean view, the ocean is just across the street, perfect to go watch the sunrise. Did struggle with the wifi working.

Wow. WOW! What a view of Richmond and area. The place was cozy and had the most comfortable furniture we have come across in NZ. The kitchen was well stocked and lovely to use. The trickiest part is going up the hill to get there but the view and peaceful place was worth it. Great little tracks just past the back gate and easy drive into town for any needs or accessing Abel Tasman. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. So open and spacious and the view to the mountains was spectacular. We enjoyed the lovely bath tub and was great to have a washing machine. No wifi, no problem. We read out on the deck listening to the ducks play in the little stream. Would highly recommend 😊

We had such a great stay at Elizabeth’s Airbnb. Best Airbnb experience yet. The place was perfect for our family and friends and was very well equipped! Very stoked! We would totally stay there again.

We would thoroughly recommend Ryan and Ania’s place to anyone hoping to visit the beautiful Henmar Springs. The house is situated on a very peaceful street just a couple of minutes walk to the town with its many shops, restaurants and of course the wonderful thermal Springs which are absolutely fabulous for all the family to enjoy. The owners responded very quickly with us when we requested further information and were always so supportive with their comments . We would definitely aim to stay at this accommodation when we next visit the area.

After getting stuck in the area following a crash 15mins up the road, Jane was kind enough to let us book her Airbnb the same day. Jane is so responsive and the Airbnb was beautiful. It was so comfortable and clean, the road was quiet with plenty of space to park, there are some lovely restaurants 5mins down the road and it’s definitely one we will be saving to stay at again. Thank you Jane!

Great house, good location!

We loved our stay in this beautiful, modern ‘home from home’ property. Wayne’s Sanctuary is welcoming, clean and well appointed with everything you need. The beds and lounge furniture are very comfortable. Full length windows flood the rooms with light. The kitchen in particular is extremely well equipped. The property is in a peaceful location with easy access to local amenities and beautiful locations. Lake Rotoiti is approximately 1hr and 15 minutes away and worth a visit. We would love to return when we next visit Nelson. We highly recommend Wayne’s Sanctuary. Thank you Wayne and Michelle.
