A wonderful farm house. Peaceful and quiet. Strongly recommended.

We enjoyed our time. Good size for our larger family group. Handy location to village and the Conical walk. Great views.

Any confusion re: location was all mine. Once I understood I needed to check in with the Top 10 Park office, it all became too easy. My wife & I had 4 family friends from overseas staying with us, & they were VERY impressed. Kitchen Appliances, Linen etc, & then the beds themselves -firm, but we all slept really well. The bathroom was rated highly by all, & a separate "powder room" off the lounge area was a bonus. The lounge area easily accomodated us all. Outside on the deck was a Weber Gas BBQ for our use, but sadly not for us this time. A very well thought out design given the constraints of the building external dimensions. Inside, it feels very generous in it's proportions. We highly recommend this as an excellent place to stay. Try to book it for more than just a single night, which was our only regret. Our compliments to our hosts, who btw were very easily contacted. Thanks again.

Amazing place with incredible scenery in both poor and good conditions. Great for an exciting adventure with all of the usual comforts once indoors, really enjoyable to live in a simple and minimal way up in the mountains.

If you want to stay near the action but without the Hanmer crowd, this is a quiet haven that you should strongly consider. My family and I were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. Charlotte is a great host who was committed to taking care of us. She met us and showed us around the property even though she was busy preparing for the Hanmer market event. We saw the sheeps and horses grazing in the foreground, with the mountains in the background. When the skies are clear, you will get to see the galaxy of stars all lined up for you to marvel at. There's so much space in front of the property for the kids to run about. We are very glad to have found this gem in Hanmer.
