Gokhan , Tarık and Mustafa made our stay very peaceful and hassle free. They were all very attentive and helpful from start to finish .Our son loved the fact that he could watch the chickens and sheeps nearby and try figs straight from the tree. The apartment was very comfy and spacious.If you are looking for a more luxurious base in small peaceful village and have a car , do not hesitate to book this apartment as these are very hard to find . Many thanks and greetings for the " uncle" from all 3 of us.

Location of the house, the view was perfect. We are very satisfied with everything such as cleanliness, comfort, etc. Getting anywhere by car is very easy, it can be difficult for those who do not have a vehicle. We had to stay at the house until 6 pm on the last day as we were going to change clothes as we were going to attend the wedding, thank you very much for helping us with the late departure to Ms. Su. Highly recommend.

Great host, great place, great everything. It is a place a little far from the main services. It is perfect for a very relaxing days. The landscape is breathtaking. Get a car and you'll have a perfect stay.

Emilios and Stefanos were really really friendly and kind. They answered really quick and were forthcoming. They were really flexible with the check in time and had little welcoming gifts for us. ☺️ The area is super nice and beautiful!

It was a very well-equipped apartment. Although it seemed like a disadvantage that it was a basement, it was a light and, most importantly, a cool apartment. It was a relief that there was air conditioning. Mr. Hakan responded quickly to questions and was solution oriented. Thank you.

Fantastic communication from Chris, very kind and flexible. Had some local goodies upon arrival in a bowl at the table! There was a slight issue with a drain, but Chris was extremely proactive in helping sort and did not affect the rest of the holiday! Would very much recommend this place, great location too…such a good spot!

What an amazing view that the apartment have… We had 4 perfect days with peaceful environment and sea which is just 20 steps far from home entrance. Hope to see you again Psili Ammos and the Chris’s lovely flat :)

We absolutely loved the apartment. It was exactly as in the pictures and we immediately felt at home. Although we didn't use it a lot (many restaurants nearby) the kitchen was very complete, the bed comfortable and the apartment spacious. The location was very central but still a bit quiet with the entrance in a side-alley. The living room window is an excellent spot for people-watching and the balcony has a nice sea-view. Shower had good comfortable waterflow but was a little small. We are not 'big' people but even struggled a bit. Instructions for check-in were very clear and Angeliki was a friendly, helpful and flexible host!

We - 2 adults - stayed in Venetia's apartment for two weeks. The apartment fully complied with the description. We each had our own room with its own bathroom/toilet. The bathroom is small and has the typical amenities with a low shower tub and the curtain. We like the challenge of not causing flooding while showering. It worked! The kitchen and the living room was nice and big for two people. It was all necessary there. From the front balcony you have a great view of the harbor, there it is sunny in the morning. We had towels and linens sufficient for two weeks. The neighborhood was quiet (Samos in October). Maybe it would be possible to get a kind of basic cleaning e.g. for the bathrooms once or twice for a longer stay. We would book with Venetia again anytime.

We have had 2 wonderful weeks here. Apartment and patio among the fruit trees just great. Hosting Anna and her mother were absolutely amazing. They have been helpful and pleasant throughout. Greek atmosphere and hospitality at its finest. Perfect location with short distance to both beach, hiking terrain and main street in the city center. Highly recommend.

It was our most peaceful holiday. Having an infinity pool in addition to the beautiful view of the house will make your holiday more enjoyable. The equipment of the house was definitely sufficient. George& Dimitra were so kind both welcoming and saying goodbye to us. Vathy is very close to the center, but you may still need to drive. Highly recommend for those traveling to this area.

It was a very comfortable place where we went as a family. The location was great, 5 minutes to the sea, the pool was clean, it was very nice, and it helped with all our problems, a very good friendly host, thank you for everything.

We have stayed at Maria‘s rooftop-paradise for one week at the beginning of October. And it was great! The room is relatively small, but has everything you need. We only stayed there to sleep, because the highlight is the terrace. It is so big, you find either sun or shade anytime. And since it is so big, and the sofas and chairs are so flexible, you can just sit or lie wherever you wish. The view is stunning, everything is at your feed. And you are right in the middle of it, just two floors down, and you are the center of the restaurants, bars and shops. Still it was surprisingly quiet upstairs. Of course, in October there are less guests staying at Kokkari, that might be different in July or August, we do not know. Would we come again? Definitely! Any time. When in Samos, we‘d stay at Maria‘s wonderful rooftop! Thank you for your hospitality 😊🇬🇷
