Beautiful old house in picturesque place with castle just on the Lahn We felt very comfortable at the place. Lovingly restored old farmhouse with a great mix of old and new. Swedish stove in the dining room provided coziness in the evening at the end of October. From the 1st floor you can look directly onto the Lahn. The location to the train station in Runkel is very good, i.e. arriving by public transport is easily feasible. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, cafe, gastronomy within walking distance. Beautiful hikes can be made from the house. Kerstin was quick to respond to questions, was very kind and helpful. We want to come back next year because it was so beautiful.

The house provides a journey through time, but without leaving comfort aside. We spent a good time as a family, we enjoyed the region where the neighborhood was very welcoming. For books worms, the house has a good selection available. The house is exactly as described in the listing being easy to find. The kitchen is small, but it provides the preparation of the breakfast smoothly.

My partner and I had a great stay here! The property was beautiful, well appointed, and great for a weekend getaway. We will definitely be back!

Together with 2 teenagers, I had a nice time in the cottage. Beautiful views and quiet environment. You look out over a valley with hills with mix forests and pastures. We walked in the woods nearby and visited a few small villages. The first day marshmallows made above the campfire. So a good start right away. We also enjoyed the nice, clean and modern cottage and of course the popcorn machine, large TV screen with good sound and the slide. It was hiking weather (cloudy, sometimes rain), so we didn't spend much time in the large garden. A few small remarks. * The detached cottage has neighbors on both sides, but they are well distant. * At the bottom of the valley is a road so you will see a car passing by at a distance * In the house is a separate bedroom and above the living room a semi-open spacious bedroom. The teenagers wanted to sleep separately, so we brought down a mattress with slatted base. (the sofa is not a sofa bed)

We had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful, with more than enough space for our family. The area is quiet and beautiful, which was perfect for us for this holiday. Larger cities can also be reached within a 20-30 minute drive, so that is also easy to do. We have had a nice time!

Nice place ever and I would like to comeback

The place just felt like home. It’s a nice cozy apartment with a nice balcony. There was a concert at the street end which we enjoyed a lot. The host is very responsive and co operating. Everything needed was already there in the apartment. The train station - Dreieich Sprendlingen is only 7 minutes walk - there is a train RB61 which runs every hour towards Frankfurt HBF main station. There is an Indian restaurant at 5 mins walk, and also all amenities are nearby. Overall a nice place with nice host. Thank you.

Martin was great. Every question, request, need were answered promptly. Very nice to speak with, always helpful . The apartment was clean with all needed supplies tostay. There is a near supermarket REWE , next to the tram station. Fair prices with all you need to stay and make your own food. Most recommended.

The apartment is very nice and complete and reduced to the important things - very pleasant. Also to be emphasized are the pleasant towels, the bed linen, the tranquility and cleanliness of the apartment. There are plenty of parking spaces too. Stefanie is very pleasant - highly recommended overall - and we will be happy to come back !

I have stayed with Angelika several times, but this was the first time I brought my husband - and the bathroom had been renovated. It was great before, but now it is spectacular. Communication with Angelika is always easy, and check-in was simple - a code on the front door. Parking is always available right across on a side street. If you don't have a car, the bus stop is in front of the house. Everything is spic and span. From a couple of coffee pads for the Senseo coffee machine to make that first coffee to cold water (Sprudel) in the refrigerator, this is a delightful place to stay. I am always sad when I come to Germany, and it is already booked. Thanks to the great hosts, this feels like home.

rental of Monika was "MORE" THAN true to the description because for this small 3 bedroom accommodation, EVERYTHING is there, well-equipped and furnished, the bedding is of quality even for the sofa beds, the pleasant location because it is the quiet and peaceful countryside and without noise either at dawn or late at night... Very friendly host although we did not speak English or German, Monika and her husband adapted us to explain everything to us with a smile... We will come back if the opportunity arises and recommend renting Monika 1000% 👍☺️😉

Host: Alejandro was extremely friendly and helpful. As an excellent host, he was always available, responded quickly and never made us feel bothered with our questions. We felt completely comfortable and can't complain about anything! Apartment: The apartment was spotlessly clean and ideal for a multi-person stay. Thanks to the comfy beds, the possibility to completely darken the rooms, and the quiet environment we all slept excellently. We felt like at home and can only recommend the place. We would book again anytime and thank you very much!

This place was great, it was in a quiet location, had a parking space, there was an aldi or lidl near by, the place was fully equipped with everything, kitchen, fridge, dishes etc.

It was a wonderful stay. The view is amazing, everything is very clean and smartly decorated. Even an extra triple plug could be found. It was a lot of fun to be there and outside on the covered balcony is just magnificent!
