Cozy home surrounded by nature, SAP nearby

My house is built in the southern French style in 2007 and exudes holiday flair. The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance and small terrace area to the east. In the large room there are then kitchen, dining area and bedroom in one, but pleasantly divided. Reading material and a backgammon game for leisure are available here as well as Netflix. A small hallway with wardrobe and desk leads to a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Here you will also find bathrobe, yoga mat and utensils that you just need :-) (shampoo, rinse, shower gel, sewing kit, tampons, disposable razors, handkerchiefs, hand mirror, hair dryer). The house is surrounded by a cozy garden with lots of seating. The large courtyard in the south is also available to my guests with a lounge group, a barbecue and hammock. Here you can relax and unwind in peace. I am very happy to be available for information, questions, pick up buns and small wish fulfillments. Rettigheim is surrounded by forest, meadows and beautiful vineyards. Bakers, hairdressers, grocery stores and inns can be found right in the village. After Malsch and the pilgrimage chapel on the Letzenberg you can walk, or spend the day at the gliding airfield, the golf course or in the zoo. The beautiful Odenwald is also just a stone's throw away, or how about a romantic trip to Speyer? If you want to shop, you should definitely go to Mannheim. Rettigheim is a small village with ideal motorway connections to the A5 and A6. Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Karlsruhe can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Also with the S-Bahn, this works fine every half an hour from the station Rot/Malsch. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from us around the corner. To SAP St.Leon-Rot you can also cycle along a direct, tarred road through meadows and fields in 10 -15min. The surrounding area is very quiet, close to nature and yet well connected to cities such as Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Sinsheim and Karlsruhe.

Exclusive, cozy apartment to feel comfortable!

A bright, modern apartment awaits you in a quiet location. The approx. 75 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house. It has an open kitchen / living room area with television. One car parking space is right in front of the apartment. In the fitted kitchen, all necessary kitchen utensils are available (pots, silverware, glasses, etc.) Only when booking more than 3 guests, the second bedroom with double bed (140x200) is available - extra charge 25€/night.

Charming apartment in Kraichgau

Our apartment is located in Sinsheim/Weiler (Kraichgau). The surroundings are characterized by a rural atmosphere and therefore offer perfect hiking trips into nature. The eye-catcher par excellence is in the village itself, the castle Steinsberg. The county town of Sinsheim can be reached in a few minutes by car or bus. This offers numerous excursions. Whether it's a visit to the stadium, Auto Technik Museum,Klima Arena or simply relaxing in the spa/bathing world.

Comfortable than any hotel

Barrier-free apartment on the ground floor of a two-family house. South facing terrace with dining table and 4 chairs . Three minutes to Rewe, Aldi shopping center (open bon 7:00h to 24:00h). Alternative to the hotel ( SAP, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, MLP). The apartment is furnished, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle , toaster , microwave, dishes , pots ...should just report anything missing. We get almost everything. We want them to feel comfortable .

"Right now, just from the city to the countryside ." The apartment is located in the attic of a renovated house from 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms and space on 92 m2. Accommodation for 1-6 persons. They have the opportunity to relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We are looking forward to nice guests who want to discover our beautiful Kraichgau or use it as a stopover on their trip.
