Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Bad Sooden-Allendorf

The house was very nice and modernly equipped in our area on the 1st and 2nd floor. The ground floor was not yet fully renovated. When we were there, no work was done. There was no noise or other nuisance. It was clear that a lot was and will be invested in the space. It was perfect for our family reunion. The large kitchen on the 1st floor was our meeting point for cooking, eating and being sociable.

Everything is ok, nice little touches after long hours of driving.

The property is in a quiet residential area and very easy and quick to reach from the highway. Everything was as described and we lacked nothing. The host was very friendly and very responsive. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation "Fuchs und Hase" offers plenty of space, enough for 6 people. The apartment is well equipped, nothing is missing. Shirley and her mom are super nice and accommodating hosts. We'd love to come back!

The house is very well equipped and spacious. It offers a beautiful garden, conservatory, fireplace and sauna. Communication with Kathrin was approachable, straightforward and always timely. We felt very comfortable in the house and had a nice time. East Westphalia and the adjacent Solling are scenic and culturally very attractive and always worth a trip.

Annock & Benji are such amazing hosts! They kindly welcomed us and showed us around which was really helpful. Such an amazing location right in the heart of town yet so peaceful & quiet. A short walk to cafes, restaurants & shops. As a family of four from Australia visiting in Winter, we were most grateful for such a warm and snug home away from home. We also appreciated having a washing machine/dryer and basic pantry items to cook with. Thank you Annock & Benji!

It was very cosy and cute decorated. We immediately felt in the holiday mood. Also, the area was nice and quiet.

Had a nice stay! The apartment has clearly been refurbished recently and everything feels new, comfortable and was sparkling clean. It is also fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. The kitchen also has all kinds of material you could wish for. Beautiful views from the living room and the shared swimming pool is a nice extra. I would definitely recommend it.

Svenja is an open and likeable woman. I was allowed to use the garden. The home has an individual and artistic touch. I felt very comfortable.

We were guests at Thorben and Christina's time as guests of Thorben and Christina and it was once again very relaxed and beautiful in Machtlos. The place is cozy and nothing is missing. Our dogs also arrived quickly and we were able to enjoy the vacation very much. We'd love to come back! :-)

Ilka is a super fine hostess. She is here to help you if you want to and give nice tips. We decided to book this location a few hours in advance. Ilka wanted to prepare the accommodation for us so that we could relax for 2 days before we went on home. lovely place, house is nice cool inside and has nice large, clean spaces. The pool was lovely with the warm weather! Agree with the other reviews that it's really nicer than the pictures show. The surroundings are also beautiful. We were too short to see everything, but think you can definitely have a great time for a few days

The four of us spent two nights here and are completely enchanted. A wonderfully uncomplicated and nice contact, a wonderful apartment with the most beautiful furnishings, view and atmosphere. We slept like babies and felt at home in the waking hours (only that this home was much nicer than our own haha)! Thanks for the great experience. :)

We had a nice few days at Pete's farm. After personal welcome and introduction to the stoves, we kept it nice and warm ourselves. There was a small fleet for the kids as well as lunches with the animals. Outside it was very cold all the nicer was the warm fire inside. With 6 children & 3 adults, we had more space than necessary. A successful change from the gray city of everyday life.

Jenny has her heart in the right place! We found her to be very generous: We were greeted with sweets and a bottle of wine and welcomed with her warm manner. It was really great that there were picture books and a Lego box; our daughter especially thought that was great! All communication was easy and always prompt. The apartment is very large and superbly furnished, especially the kitchen!!! The location was perfect for us because we had our dog with us. Directly behind the house, a forest path goes up; ideal! Our dog was also allowed to use the fenced garden. All in all: Perfect! We would come back any time :)

Overall, we enjoyed it very much. For group activities there is the basement room with large table, but we felt more comfortable upstairs in the living room and dining room because it is nice and bright there unlike downstairs. There is no room for group activities that really has space (without a table in between). We liked the proximity to nature very much. We were also there with dogs, it is very nice to walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment. The amenities left nothing to be desired, and everything was very clean and well maintained. We would like to emphasize the warm hospitality and good communication of Paola and Felix. We immediately felt at home. Highly recommended – we will be happy to come back!

The house was a little smaller than I expected from the photos, which was absolutely no problem. We were received in a very friendly and informal manner and got an introduction. The illumination is as described and in very good condition. If you travel at colder times, you have to arrange that the fireplace takes about 1 1/2 hours to get the house warm, but for the meantime, there are additional cuddly blankets. As a toilet, there is the plum toilet in the garden (very clean) or the bathroom in the house, which was very easy for us to use. Susanne was also able to recommend us a nice hike and was always friendly, direct and uncomplicated in general. Definitely recommended for a relaxing getaway in the countryside.

We experienced Astrid as a nice and accommodating host. The communication with her was friendly, warm and very straightforward. When we arrived we found it clean and tidy. In the fridge were some groceries and chilled drinks provided for us. Thank you Astrid. We will be happy to come back.

Stefanie and Dominic’s Airbnb was amazing! They were really responsive and a huge help. Felt right at home. Also really thought the hand written personalized note is a huge thing. Something visitors love to see that shows the host actually cares. Thank you guys!
