We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Magical stay at Paola's. Hard to describe in a few words all the kindness she showed us, we immediately felt at home. Paola picked us up by car at the train station and welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and pizza - delicious - hard to have a better arrival especially after a long journey. She was very proactive throughout our stay and even took us half a day to Chianti so we could visit a vineyard because we didn't have a car - we still can't believe her generosity! She is very attentive to all her guests and her property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the apartment is wonderfully well decorated and equipped. We highly recommend staying at Paola's, the best Airbnb host we've ever had. Thanks again for everything Paola, you've been wonderful, and we're already dreaming of coming back! Arrivederci! :)

Wonderful cozy apartment in a quiet area! Overlooking a beautiful garden where birds sing. Aris was very attentive and kind, gave useful recommendations and was just always in touch. Only the best experience of the stay! Aris, thank you so much for your hospitality, it was magical!

Stayed here for a couple of nights with some friends and was nicely decorated and comfortable to stay in. Host is really friendly and responsive, and the flat itself is easy to find and enter, being only a 5-10 minute walk from Firenze Rifredi train station. Would recommend!

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

the appartement with the beautiful Garden was really pretty. my little son enjoyed every corner of that beautiful Garden. I also appreciate the sens of communication of Pamela, she was very friendly.

We are 2 couples from Australia and we don’t want to tell you how much we loved this place in case it’s not available for us to book again! Everything about Lorenzo’s place was perfect. The rain had caused a few problems but it was all sorted v. quickly. His instructions to arrive via Google Maps worked v. well. We felt like we were truely at home in a luxury hotel. The fireplace was fun - outdoor bbq great -beds so comfortable- showers lovely. Just note:- one bathroom is downstairs from the bedrooms. Everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen for 2wks. The restaurants in San Miniato however are fabulous especially our favourite bar Ethan’s. It’s a 10 minute easy walk into the old centre. We enjoyed an amazing Farm-cooking experience at Francesco’s place - ask Lorenzo about it.

We were very happy at our stay at this wonderful little house. Very peaceful and the hosts were more than amazing.

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! This Airbnb was fabulous. Large, with tons of space and well decorated. It was a bit far from down town but the great price reflects that. We ran into some issues with the water heater while we stayed there leading to some cold showers, but the host was quick to respond and offered to come and fix it. Overall great experience and an amazing place to stay.

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is right on the slopes and is perfect for those who want to ski. Cozy and warm, we had a very good time.

Great price and location near my work that was easy to access, free parking and washer/dryer perfect for work. It was walking distance from a great restaurant and commercial area for breakfast and everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.
