Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Italy

We loved staying here. So close to the main sites of the City centre, shopping, restaurants…. Lovely place to stay and visit Florence.

I had a really good time at the property managed by Valeria. Central and convenient location to see Rome, a short walk from the Barberini metro station. The rooms are well furnished and cozy, and Valeria was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. When I return to Rome I will have no doubt and I will contact you again

The stay was excellent! Beautiful and comfortable house! Well equipped with linens. The cosinha was complete with all utensils for use. The place is wonderful. Riva de Garda has magnificent landscapes. Memorable vacations!

Had a great stay. Super friendly, if you had any questions or needed anything there was super quick action. Everything is at walking distance and the town is great too. Large supermarket a few minutes by car. Accommodation was super neat and clean, beautiful resort, clean swimming pool, super neat all. Can't help but give this a big 10. Keep in mind that if you have a stroller, there are a lot of stairs. Have breakfast at Verno, tasty croissants and cappuccino. Lots to do in the neighborhood as well. Within a radius of 30 minutes by car, you can entertain yourself all week with all kinds of nice villages.

His house is brand-new and perfectly same with the pictures. The house is clean and well heated. When I broke a wine glass, the host forgive my falt did not require any charge. His response was fast and accept my request with pleasure. It was great experience in the house and I am willing to stay his house Iif I visit there in the future. Thanks alot!

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

We had a lovely holiday in Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery with lots of day trip options nearby. We added on a cooking class with Raimondo and Viola (Nada's daughter) and learnt so much. We will definitely be making fresh pasta from now on! The villa is well equipped, and nicely furnished.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is large, cozy, well appointed and very quiet. Its a classic apartment. The location is perfect for getting around Milan. There were plenty of places to eat and there is a great market around the corner. I absolutely recommend it! It would work well as a long term stay too.

Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location, so close to the Duomo and high street. The apartment had everything we needed and more, making our stay effortless. Super clean and the thoughtfully equipped. The hosts are outstanding, great at communicating and couldn’t do enough for us, even recommending local restaurants and checking in to make sure we were all settled. We stayed there with two little kids and it was perfect. We would totally recommend and will be staying here again. We have recommended to family and friends already!

Anna’s place is in an amazing location. A 10 min walk to the Doge’s Palace and many shops and restaurants. The flat itself was in a very secluded canal so was quiet during the night and early morning. The flat was perfect for our family of four, and very clean and tidy. I would recommend this flat to anyone and we would stay here again if we are ever back in Venice!

Mauro was an excellent host. His hospitality was wonderful and endearing. The view from the patio is incredible. The whole stay was incredibly relaxing, my friend and I got the best sleep scores ever, it was quiet, majestic with the lake and mountains and overall a cozy space. La Lanterna is definitely the place to go for dinner, it's not on the lake but amazing food, service and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our time in March, but during the summer it must be even more of an experience with the lake and ferry all right there. The water is refreshing and crystal clear. We had no issues speaking English at the local restaurants and shops. We plan to go back!

Simply a place with the nicest view. I think you'll have little where such a similar view. A balcony perfect for breakfast. The only thing that struck us was that there were no normal dishes - only plastic plates, spoons, and a knife. There was a plastic cup for coffee. That was probably the only thing, otherwise I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Communication with Ciompi was perfectly fine. The apartment is in a quiet location on a hill, but order 20-30 minutes by foot to the city center. Perfect for me for a long weekend. :)

Comfortable Stay in a Peaceful Area I stayed for three nights in this peaceful residential area, close to the Aura Department Store and a Bangladeshi minimarket. The unit has three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was great for our group. However, there are no locks on the doors, and the rooms are not soundproof; I could easily hear my friends talking. The kitchen is well-equipped with various seasonings, but it’s inconvenient that using the washing machine and dryer isn’t allowed between 8 pm and 9 am, especially for early risers heading out for excursions. A major drawback was the renovation work in the unit below, which started at 8 am and went until 4 pm, creating absolutely disruptive drilling and knocking noise throughout the day. Despite these issues, the location and amenities made for a decent stay overall.

We had a wonderful stay at Fabio and Marzia’s place in Como. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable—just perfect for our visit. The location couldn’t have been better: everything was within walking distance, from great restaurants to the city center and the ferry dock, which made getting around the lake super easy. Fabio and Marzia were fantastic hosts—very responsive and welcoming. They greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Como.

very clean apartment complete with everything you need, in the historic center of Savona and Vanesa, very kind and friendly. Very satisfied
