Holiday rentals in Balçova

Stayed here for 3 days for a family wedding and was blown away by Berrin’s hospitality and responsiveness. The apartment was spotless and couldn’t pick out a single flaw. Berrin was extremely responsive and allowed a flexible check out given our flight time. Very detailed and straight forward of the check in and out process which made everything easier. Will definitely reserve with Berrin again!

An oasis in a bustling noisy city.The house is quaint and tastefully furnished.Especially the corridors are atmospheric, high shelves and chandeliers, antique furniture and mirrors like the place where the old nobles live.I especially like the kitchen, it is spacious, and there are all kinds of utensils and cups and plates.Stone-built walls.A few hundred meters away is a walk by the sea.Transportation is also convenient.

We stayed six nights at this apartment in Güzelyalı, Izmir, and had a very good experience. The host, Çağdaş, contacted us before arrival, met us in person, kindly helped with our luggage, and walked us through the apartment, explaining everything clearly. He was friendly, helpful, and accommodative throughout. Check-in was smooth. The apartment was just like the listing—clean, well-kept, and fully functional. The sea view was unobstructed and a highlight of the stay. The space was well arranged and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location is convenient, close to public transport, and within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, shops, and a mall. The area felt safe and active. Communication with Çağdaş was easy, and he replied quickly when needed. He also offered some great local tips for restaurants and tours. I recommend this place and would stay again.

Apartment was just as described and very nice. Great location and host was extremely helpful and very responsive. It was just wonderful!

I stayed with my girlfriend. Everything was just like in the photos, the kitchen has everything from a coffee maker to an oven, a pan, pots and pans. The internet connection was very good. We'd love to stay again.

It was a lovely experience to stay at Olena’s place. It’s cosy, stylish flat and feels like home, consisting of all amenities which you would usually have at your own home. Clean and comfortable apartment, fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. Several bottles of water were available upon arrival, which was a very nice touch. Located on a quiet street, yet just 2–3 minutes away from the metro, shops, and restaurants. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Izmir!
