Luciana was so kind and communicated very well with us. The place is a very nice one bedroom with a beautiful terrace and balcony. The housekeeper was amazing, and we got to meet the owner which is also a very nice man. The apartment is tastefully decorated (Italians know how to do it). I will recommend this place with my eyes closed

We had a wonderful stay at Peres apartment! The location is great, directly at the sea. The apartment was well equipped, we didn't miss anything in the household. The communication was very fast and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

The location of Carlos’ apartment is hard to beat. You are walking distance to Ibiza town (10 mins) and Pacha is literally across the road. Yet somehow, the block is very calm and quiet at night. This is a great balance. The apartment is very comfortable with a great balcony overlooking the pool area. Would definitely recommend and will be returning! Thanks Carlos

Gogi is always responsive and helpful. Some old balcony plastic furniture cracked and were replaced quickly. Gogi suggested museums, sites and restaurants to visit. She checked up on our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great impression.

Lovely place to stay, a very quiet area with a nice view from the balcony towards the seaside. The apartment has a roof terrace with a barbecue. Frédérique was quick in answering all the enquiries that we had. Bus station very close in case you want to visit other locations. We visited Palma and really enjoyed the day visiting and exploring the surroundings.

We loved our stay, me & my dog, the dog especially loved all the gardens to roam around in, close to lovely beach and meadow to walk the dog in. Love the area Cala Martina is a beautiful spot, shop is close, lovely little wandering walks around the area. Pool is really nice! Would recommend.

We loved our stay, it was perfect for us and our needs. Such a peaceful, homely and beautiful place with amazing views everything we needed for a relaxing holiday with family and the location was perfect. Very pleasant hosts, available, without being intrusive! Super responsive, smiling, ready to help if needed! We had a nice meeting and the language barrier was no problem:) The place was very clean, very pleasant and quiet. Our 4 year old son particularly enjoyed the games room (the exit of the property had to be negotiated🤣) and the outdoor space for the largest! We will come back to it with great pleasure!

What a nice house, spacious and with a great pool. Large and comfortable rooms. Everything was very clean. Communication with Eleonora (from Pancho Rentals) was fantastic and fluid although it did not give us time to get to know us in person. We'll be back!! we got too short!

Portixol is a fashionable beachside area that is walkable to Palma centre. Even in late January there were enough bars and restaurants open within a few minutes walk of the house. Sanam's house is a characterful and well-loved home and we loved our time there. Two things to be aware of - the bathroom set up takes a bit of getting used to ( we were just friends staying together, it would probably be fine with a family) and we were slightly disappointed that the courtyard garden got no sun in late January. Not Sanam's fault but for sun starved Brits it was a shame. Having said that, Sanam was a wonderful and highly attentive host and the house was stylish and beautifully presented. Slightly on the pricey side but the area is worth it. Great to have choice of beach or city. Palma itself is a joy. Thank you Sanam.

Very nice house with pool and basketball court, great landlord and great location in the north of Mallorca. We especially enjoyed the Christmas tree over the holidays.
