At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. You’ll love it here because of the peaceful, secluded location, large grounds and above facilities. Please see 'Other things to note' which contains info of use to most guests.

Bonito bungalow en la montaña rodeado de naturaleza. Desde cualquier punto de la casa se pueden apreciar unas vistas hermosas. Un lugar que invita a relajarse. La ubicacion es ideal,muy cerca de ibiza centro , aeropuerto,sa caleta y playa den bossa. Con muchos detalles decorativos estilo balines que hacen que el lugar sea muy especial. el espacio esta compuesto por una comoda cama doble , baño completo ,cocina completa y 2 porches , ideales para comer al aire libre.

Beautiful one bedroom parterre flat with own entrance and little garden. The house is located in Genova which is an emblematic area with a village like feel in Palma. Very well connected with a bus stop just 1min by foot and only 7 min to palma centre and 5min to closest beach by bus. There is a pharmacy, plenty of local restaurants and a little shop for buying groceries open every day, just walking distance from the house.

Beautiful room surrounded by nature. Family atmosphere and quiet. Ideal to get away. Or to work remotely. Here you can enjoy a good sunset, barbecue, pool and garden. This room is designed for 2 people, with the possibility of 1 sofa bed for children. The accommodation is 30m from our house. Entrance and garden are shared. Animals are welcome on the property. Cute guest cottage in peaceful garden

After falling in love with this old Mallorquin house in "the village that time forgot", we spent 6 years renovating it into our dream home complete with adjoining guest cottage. The location is perfect for exploring the island by car, scooter, motorbike or bicycle. We have local bars, restaurants, supermarkets and ATMs on our doorstep, and the centre of Palma is just a 10 minute drive away.

You are more than welcome to Can Vila Apartment in Palmanyola. A new, modern and peaceful apartment. Fully equiped. It's a perfect stay for a couple, but can accommodate up to 4 people with the sofa bed in the studio area. This apartment is an isoleted house with a private access on the same property as our house and only the entrace from the street is the same.
