Apartment holiday rentals in Bavaro Beach

Easily accessible from 2 major roads Restaurants and supermarkets close by. Apartment was clean and felt at home. Wish I had more bath towels than just the 2 provided for 2 guests for 6 days Overall a great unit.

It was a great stay , the place is magical ( beach , pool nearby ), the apartment is fully equipped and above all very spacious , personally we loved having breakfast on the terrace . Chris was very attentive, he attended us until the departure . Thank you for your support .

From the beginning, Barbara was very helpful, and the staff at the condo were friendly as well. I stayed there with my parents, and my mom was able to cook delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen. My dad loved the balcony too. Parking was convenient, and the area felt very safe. Additionally, there are mini-markets nearby. Good place to stay.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated—exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful especially with paying the electric bill. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area, and I would definitely book again!

I came on vacation with my two daughters and their two children . There were 7 of us in total ☺️ And I totally recommend this place Close to everything , (beach , restaurant, grocery store) convenient with children . The place is very clean, the people warm And host Keny was taking care of us I'm an entrepreneur And I will advise my clientele at 100/100 🥂

everything was great! they communicated clearly and were very responsive. one of the showers was a bit broken but when we mentioned it, they immediately arranged for someone to come fix it. the pool was great, the view was marvelous and we had everything we wanted for An amazing stay.

Nice Place to stay!, beautiful Beach!

Everything was great close to a few good spots like coco bongo and a few things in downtown Punta Cana. Just wish there were more food spots, but all around great place to stay

As they say it location, location, location. The condominium was perfect. Restaurants close by Security guard to let Vehicle in as out as I had a rental car.

Excellent place, everything was very clean and tidy, I had everything you need for a pleasant stay, Yairen was very kind, always attentive to our stay, something excellent is that it allowed us to do the check up earlier, and gave us clear instructions. The residential is very nice and quiet. The location super easy to get to. I would definitely recommend it 100%.

Apartment in a gated and well secured residence. Two well-maintained pools available for the residence. View of one of the two pools from the balcony. Beach access on foot from the residence. Sunbeds available and nice beach bar. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Baby kit available if needed (crib, toys, etc.). Host is responsive. We recommend this apartment.

Beautiful stay! Nathalie was responsive and always available when needed. Lots of restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Remember to close doors and windows to prevent mosquitoes from coming inside. Overall great stay, would recommend.

If you're going to Punta Cana this is the place to stay! It located in a beautiful heavily secured gated area with so many activities available right in the neighborhood. The bathrooms are beautiful and it's so close to beaches, excursions and restaurants. The host is extremely responsive and proactive. There is construction in the area currently but it's minimal and not loud definitely felt very luxurious!

The place was awesome. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. I loved the heated jacuzzi with the private fenced area (I believe this unit was one of the only ones with this). The unit also had nice size rooms, great kitchen, and Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling fan. The Host Hommy was amazing. He was very responsive and flexible! My flight arrived early and he was able to have the unit cleaned and allowed me to check-in early🙌🏽 He was also proactive and clear with the details of checking in and accessing the property, building and unit. I have to return on business multiple times, Hommy’s place is where I will be👍🏽💪🏽💯

Excellent stay 5⭐️ hosts. Very responsive and friendly. The condo is on the third floor and located literally one block from the Beach. Close to everything and I mean everything. No car needed. The space was updated and high end, welcoming and comfortable. The jacuzzi didn’t push air or heat water, but it worked perfect as a plunge pool to cool off from the heat, and I plunged frequently😂. There is a mini-mart on the first floor with essentials and souvenirs. Grocery on the corner if you want to cook or get snacks, and 7 different restaurants within a block. The hangout spot was right across the street. It got a little clubby late at night. Thats the only noise and it stops when they close. We chilled on the terrace and entertained ourselves by people-watching the party goers. It’s beachside Punta Cana, parties happen every night, and loud cycles are always about🤷‍♂️😂. If you need to sleep at 10pm, shut the door and download a white noise app, or go stay at the Hard Rock. ⭐️

It was my first solo trip. Had a beautiful stay in this condo. True to the description. Everything was super clean. Private and safe. In walking distance to the hard rock. Definitely loved staying here and will be back soon!!!!

I felt at home!

Scarlet and Juan Pablo were available when we needed them. Place was clean, not sure if the sink was stained or needed a good cleaning. There were tiny ants on the kitchen counters. They are not a problem but if you don’t like this, not the place for you. 20-30 walk or $5 CAD uber to jumbo, the downtown mall, coco bongo, and restaurants like Noah, punto Italia (gluten free pasta available), etc.

This apartment is stunning! The location is perfect and secure. I loved the rooftop terrace. I appreciated that they had everything we needed to be able to cook. The BBQ on the roof was top-notch! Communication was a breeze. My only problem was that the hot tub on the roof was not heated and was cold. The reason I was willing to pay that much to stay in the unit was to be able to use the hot tub. After 5 minutes of being in it, I was shivering. I would not have chosen this unit knowing that the hot tub did not have heat. That should have been stated in the listing. Apart from being disappointed in the hot tub, we enjoyed staying in the unit.
