Villa holiday rentals in Bavaro Beach

My stay was nothing short of amazing! From beginning to end, I felt completely at home. Every detail exceeded my expectations, and I honestly have no negative comments to share—I’m just amazed by everything. I got to play basketball, which was a great way to unwind. The social area was fantastic, and I really enjoyed using the social pool. Having a private pool in the backyard was such a luxury, and I took full advantage of it. One of the highlights was using the projector at night with my kids—it made for such special memories. Overall, this stay was simply incredible. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The house is exactly like in the pictures. The cleaning left to be desired in some places, especially in the bathrooms. We took a cold bath 1 day by default in the heater, but Roque was quick to respond and solved the problem the next morning. The only drawback is that it is inside a condominium and to go out for walks you have to go to the reception of the condo (1.2km) so with the children it was a good walk. And for quick travel in the city some Uber were unable to enter the condominium due to safety. But outside the question of this distance from the concierge, we had no problem that was not solved, so we still indicated the accommodation.

What a wonderful weekend! It's a beautiful villa! My partner, our child and I had a great time. We felt right at home, we would definitely come back to this beautiful place in the eyes closed. We loved the attention and that always Mr. Emilio was 24/7 for us. THANK YOU!🙌

I absolutely love this place! It is truly one of the best Airbnb’s i’ve stayed in. The house is outstanding. And the neighborhood is fantastic. It looks exactly like the pictures and even better in person. We were a party of six, with two eight year-olds. They really enjoyed the pool and the house. It is extremely comfortable, warm, and inviting. The house is spacious, airy, and bright. It is beautifully decorated and well kept. It is also super clean, which is extremely important to me. It has all of the utensils that you will need to cook and clean. The house is located in a gated neighborhood, with beautiful homes. It’s an excellent place for families and even just friends. There’s a beautiful church there and within walking distance to the shopping area that has great restaurants. You will see people walking in the evenings to this shops. You will also see a lot of people just walking in general. We love this place and will definitely come back! Thank you Carlos ❤️

I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful villa. I came to share with my family and we all had a great time. We could relax and have a lot of fun. We loved that the villa is located 4 minutes from Downtown Punta Cana because we were able to enjoy many activities. We will be back very soon ! I will recommend it to my friends

The place was absolutely beautiful and host was super friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay. The pool was the best part but the size of the TVs and the perfect kitchen was also a bonus. The location was pretty close by to everything we needed also. Price of electricity was super affordable and not a problem at all. Totally worth the stay. The local dogs were cute also, we made sure to feed them. There is a mama and puppy along with a male that live down the street to the right that I wanted to take home so badly. If u are an animal lover like us please make sure to grab some food at the nearby store and feed the local dogs.

A few of my girlfriends and I stayed here for our spring break trip. We loved the open style house and all the accommodations were amazing! Dilicia who works at the home is so sweet and made us the best food. Highly recommended this listing, it also felt very safe in the private golf course.

This house was perfect for our family trip with 5 adults and 3 kids. The chef (Dulce) was amazing and cooked all of our meals while we were there - every one was incredible! Our main contact (Marc) went above and beyond and responded immediately whenever we had a question or needed something. The housekeeper (Melissa) was great and the place was kept spotless during our entire stay. Golf cart access may exploring the neighborhood and beach easy and fun. Great location with proximity to the airport as well. Would highly recommend!

This house was amazing! While the pictures are great, it is even better in person. The house is large and airy, with the house being open to the elements with the exception of the bedrooms (they are air conditioned!). The outdoor space was just perfect. So many different types of flowers and trees make the backyard like an oasis - with a perfect pool to view them from. Our two kids lived in the pool! We took advantage of having all our meals cooked in house and I would absolutely recommend it. All meals were delicious with lots of variety - breakfast was always our favorite with fresh pineapple juice each day! One thing to note about the area is the seaweed on the beaches. I know this is something that happens everywhere on the island, so just be aware that it will be an issue using the beach. We didn’t mind since there is so much else to do - a visit to Scape Park, the cenotes at the ecological park right in the resort and a private snorkel trip and visit to the natural pools. Such an amazing and relaxing week!

Home is amazing , set up is functional and beautiful. Ana was the best part of the home , very kind and cooked amazing . She was always full of joy and energy and ready to make our stay exceptional. Will definitely return . 5 out of 5 .

The villa is in excellent condition. A cozy and well-decorated place that invites you to relax and share as a family. Very well equipped and with very good quality utensils. The place is super relaxed. Everything was complemented by Jonathan's attentions that responded quickly and accurately, as well as with great flexibility to make the stay a great experience.

Hosts were amazing! Villa is also beautiful and very comfortable. We were there for 4 weeks and enjoyed every moment! We had a medical issue and Lourdes booked an appt for us since we cannot speak Spanish. The medical appt went well and easy to locate. Beds were very comfortable too, which is so important to me! Loved the pool in the back yard, it was used a lot during our 4 week stay. I would recommend this villa to anyone :)

We enjoyed an incredible stay 6 day, 5 night stay at Carmen’s home. Long before we arrived, Carmen kindly helped us sort out in-house massages, provided recommendations for a local driver, as well as plans to celebrate NYE. The home was absolutely lovely, with plenty of space to stretch out, relax in the pool or simply enjoy the sun. Noel, the housekeeper, was incredibly sweet. We were grateful to have her reset our rooms daily, help with laundry, and make sure we were cozy. Her morning coffee was an extra special treat too! I can’t think of a single thing that I would change about our stay. If you’re looking for a beautiful home to relax in with some friends, I highly recommend.

This was one of the best Air Bnb I’ve stayed at with my family here in Punta Cana Efrain was awesome he responded quickly & was super helpful with recommendations ! The place is beautiful & exactly like the photos & very clean! Titi his uncle was there to make sure we were doing okay & needed anything. We enjoyed our time & will deff be returning in the future!
