Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bayside City

This is a beautiful home in Sandringham! Our family of 4 (two boys, 8 and 10) stayed here for a week while visiting Melbourne. The location cannot be beat! Very short walk to the train, Cole’s, the beach, and restaurants/shops. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The street noise did not bother us and there is a quieter back bedroom with two twin beds if you have more sensitive sleepers. The drive to the parking spot was definitely tight (but manageable), so I’d recommend a smaller car if possible. Washer, dryer, two full baths, and an upstairs toilet was perfect! The terrace was lovely to watch the runners and have a coffee. If we come to Sandringham again, we will definitely stay here!

We had a very great stay at Michele’s home! She’s really kind and respectful. We came with out cat and she and her family was so good with her. We want to thank you Michele very much to be such a good host. Hope to see you for a next trip to Melbourne! x

Luke went out of his way to make me feel at home and the house is lovely. Large bedroom with firm bed, huge bathroom with high end toiletries. Super well equipped kitchen though I didn’t need to use it as was at a course all day and théâtre at night. And a tram stop is a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend!

Arlene was a great host as was her husband. They have a lovely very well appointed family home. I was made extremely welcome throughout my stay. I had a spotless well appointed ensuite bedroom and use of the families spotless kitchen as well as a lovely outdoor seating area. it was a leisurely 5 minute walk to Hampton beach and Hampton Railway Station. Hampton has everything you would need - cafes, restaurants, bars, shops. Nothing about my stay could be scored at any less than 5 star.

I had a beautiful stay in Anne’s place, it was a last minute booking and was approved right away, letting me also check in a few hours early which I was so grateful for. I enjoyed hanging out in the sunshine in the garden 🥰 Unfortunately I left a lot of jewellery behind but Anne was really quick to respond and promptly got it in the mail to me! Thank you! I looking forward to returning one day ❤️

Our stay at Jono's place for Christmas was brilliant. Communication leading up to the stay was clear and responsive, and our request to check in a little earlier was accommodated. Jono had booked the rooftop for us for Christmas Day breakfast, which was excellent, and the courtyard offered great privacy. Certainly a place I would look at booking again the next time I am in Melbourne catching up with family. The arrival Christmas hamper was also a really nice touch.

I had an excellent stay at Eleni’s apartment! She was so hospitable and accomodating in every way. Her daughter was very kind and helped me with my checkin. I was very well looked after with quick responses from Eleni when I needed help or had any questions! I would certainly stay again. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Art was great to deal with and his apartment is stylish, clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t be more ideal. Will definitely be back.

The place was very nice, we enjoyed our stay here a lot. It's perfect for a couple of days in Melbourne. Close to the beach and lot of restaurants and bars nearby. There's also a tram station close by that brings you to the city center.

Great little apartment, super well located and easy to get to everything we needed. The building complex is lovely with an amazing pool/outdoor area and the apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. David was an excellent host- very communicative and helpful when we needed to extend our stay!

Great location for getting into the CBD whilst also having a parking space. Communicating with the hosts was easy. Love how the place was decorated. Would recommend but suggest you stay with someone you are very comfortable with as the bathroom door definitely isn't sound proof.
