Holiday rentals with a patio in Bayside City

Brilliant spot to stay! Would highly recommend. Great location- In walking distance to Westfield southland shopping centre and local cafes, parks and train station in area. Close to the beach. Colm was a great host and very easy to get in touch. Would definately stay again and will be recommending to our friends and family.

Great location close to both train and tram. Kitchen is complete with everything. My son enjoyed the piano whilst completing his Year 12 music assessment. Secured with electric shutters around, aircons all throughout for the humid Melbourne summer days. Addy went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Blessings Addy!

Large and lovely clean, newly renovated flat which was well designed so that the bedrooms were at the back and didn’t get any road noise. Great location as walking distance to shops, beach and train station. Only slight disadvantage was the view straight ahead from the front terrace of power lines but really that’s being fussy! Thank you, would love to stay again

Really lovely spot near the beach and just a few moments to Ormond Road with good shops and eateries. A feature I really liked was the private courtyard with outdoor furniture. Fiona was super responsive and sorted a problem with the internet very quickly.

Victoria was an incredible host for this home, given we used to live in the area many years ago! Fantastic amenities and plenty of relaxing spaces. Lovely stay at Natasha’s. It was great for us as it was round the corner from our family. Very close to the supermarket and a few minutes drive to the nearest beaches and not far into Melbourne cbd. Overall, a lovely time!

Stunning house in Hampton walking distance to some of the areas best cafes. Alex was an extremely helpful and communicative host. We used the house for a corporate business planning session. The multiple spaces allowed for great collaboration and connection. The house is stunningly decorated, perfect for many combos from families to corporate or a girls weekend away. Comfy beds, great spaces. Can’t say enough about how much we loved this house. Would be even more amazing in summer when it’s not a 0 degree Melbourne day!

Such a beautiful home with an amazing location. A massive backyard for the kids and dog to run around. Everything at your doorstep. Hosts Rebecca and Rob are the best and answer any queries you may have instantly. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay and the house exceeded our expectations. The house was very well equipped and offered a perfect, spacious family home for our stay. It was close by to visit our family in Hampton over Christmas and we found it convenient having Highett shops, restaurants and train station within a five minute walk. Ashley is an excellent host and was very responsive to any messages. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely house. We really enjoyed staying here and had a wonderful family Australian holiday (from the UK).

Sharona’s place is a lively modern home? Clean and light filled with the option of darkening shades. There is no clutter and the place is very comfortable, beds, lounge outdoor, air conditioning. The BBQ in the open backyard made for a relaxed evening with friends. It is in a quiet location which meant a lot to me with leafy streets and a park nearby. Sharona is very responsive to messages and very keen to be helpful to anything you might need. Definitely recommend.

We stayed at Andrew's apartment for 4 days and it was fantastic. The location was extremely convenient to get into the CBD and had amazing views of the city. The apartment itself was very clean which made for a comfortable stay. Andrew was extremely responsive and helpful, he gave clear instructions on how to reach the apartment and use the assigned parking space. Overall an amazing stay and made our last few days in Melbourne very comfortable and memorable.

A great location within walking distance to Central Melbourne. The apartment is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood just across three street from a park and a full-size Woolworths, which was very convenient. The apartment was airy, spacious, quiet and well equipped, and the on-site pool and gym were great amenities. We would be happy to go back to Mary's place.

Absolutely loved my stay at Revel and Hide. Such a perfect base for exploring Melbourne. The interior was classy yet comfortable. It was very relaxing and loved the extra touches. Walking distance to great cafes, restaurants and bars.

Deb and Rob's apartment is a stunning jewel in the heart of Melbourne, an excellent location at South Bank near the Yarra river. Many attractions can be reached walking or by public transport. Supermarket, bottleshop and great coffee place are opposite the apartment building. The apartment is modern, beautiful, well stocked with all amenities one would like to have. Everything works! Wifi is great, parking spot for the car was very much appreciated (and required for us). Deb and Rob are great hosts, always acting and reacting fast, clear and to the point. will definitely stay here again. flexible check in / check out. Daniela is responsive, friendly and welcoming. we walked in to a hand written note, chocolates and a bottle of wine we felt instantly at home. Apartment is beautiful and clean.

The apartment was beautiful and in a great location for sure. we loved the heritage building, the only thing that was a bit of an issue, specifically just for my family group was the accessibility a little bit. There is an elevator which is great, but you have to walk up or down a flight of stairs to get to it. Sadly that was not known when booking and would ordinarily not be an issue, but we had one of our travel members this time travelling had difficulty with the stairs. But other than that, it was fantastic. Would definitely book again!

Great place. Big tv. Comfy beds. 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. 5 min walk to supermarket. Quiet.

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.
