Located in the center of Be 'er Sheva in neighborhood A with plenty of free parking, lovely neighbors in a quiet and calm area. Walking distance to the old city, the Negev Mall, the locomotive complex, the Grand Canyon, the market and the central station. Many entertainment venues in 5 minutes walking distance to the Old City area. The apartment has an outdoor seating area with table and chairs, a bedroom with a large closet and a wide comfortable bed and a TV, in the kitchen a refrigerator and microwave, in the living room a ceiling fan sofa and a comfortable sofa, in the shower face and body towels, hand soap. Washing machine can be arranged in advance with the owner of the house.
