Absolutely amazing house - best we have ever stayed in - there was not one detail that hadn’t been thought about - we didn’t need to bring a lot of stuff which we normally do. The house was extremely clean and tidy, stylish, great art and the general feeling of homely and comfy. The bed was very comfy and we both slept very well. All in all we had a great stay - location is great - we didn’t need to use our car due to walks with our dog on the doorstop. This has definately set the bar for us.

Myself and my family stayed here for five days during the Easter holidays. The first thing that struck us when we arrived was the fantastic view from the living room over the bay. It was beautiful and very peaceful. The beds are very comfy and the rooms were a good size. The house is in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from the Cobb and we were very grateful for the 2 parking spaces that come with the property as parking in Lyme Regis can be very expensive. We ate out most nights and would recommend booking places in advance during school holidays as a few of the most popular places get booked up. We loved Swim Restaurant and Bar and loved the pizza from Poco down on the front. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return sometime.

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. Tristan is the most amazing host we have ever had at an AirBnb. He was responsive to questions, helpful, caring, and just so sweet. He even helped us back our giant rental van into the garage when we arrived. We had a perfect welcome basket upon our arrival and staples left for us in the fridge, so we had everything we needed for a delicious breakfast the next day. The house itself is even nicer than pictures show. It’s beautiful, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and having three full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom was amazing, especially for a party of 6 people. The location was perfect, the ocean views were gorgeous, and the home was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. Any time we visit Lyme Regis in the future, we will always stay here!

Tess is an amazing host: wonderful and warm. One of my daughters' highlights was speaking to her and learning her technique for fluffing up the resident chicken. Her hospitality was extraordinary, from the delicious cream tea to bountiful breafast. She might have even convinced me about cream first instead of jam on scones...

Had an amazing stay in Salcombe. The house looks even better in person. Spotlessly clean, stylish interiors and felt so comfortable. We travelled as a family of four and brought our pets too. Lots of good dog walks and if you go up the track next to the house and turn left up St Dunstans, there’s a green area for off lead walking. The property is a little bit of a walk up the hill from town but it was manageable for us unfit middleagers! The house is fully equipped and really didn’t need to bring anything kitchen wise, although we only really made breakfast at the property as wanted to take advantage of the wonderful restaurants Salcombe has to offer. Heidi was so approachable and on hand for any queries. Was concerned as we were bringing two largeish cars but needn’t have worried as managed to fit a c class Mercedes on the driveway and our EQB on the road directly next to the property. We will definitely book again.

The lodge was a great find. The outside space was ideal for my two daughters and they loved exploring the garden. The hot tub was great. Inside the lodge was very clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Thanks Gary!

Me and my partner have just finished our stay with alpine grove and would highly recommend visiting. We stayed in the woodpecker lodge and from the log burner to the hot tub everything about this lodge was perfect, Kieth and Serena service is amazing and we can’t wait to visit again soon. Thank you again for such an amazing stay.

A wonderful stay. Mike and Anna are the perfect hosts, I cannot fault their communication and help with settling us in. The accommodation is peaceful and serene with a stylish mix of old and new. We had a truly lovely stay, thank you x (Minor note, the track to access the property is narrow, steep and bumpy. Would suggest a 4x4. A lowered car may struggle. Hope that’s helpful and certainly not a criticism.)

A delightful stay in wonderful surroundings, views are sublime, home from home facilities, dog friendly property with lots of walks, well equipped kitchen although we didn't really cook as there are so many restaurants and bars to try! Julie ensured we had everything we needed and communicated well. look forward to a return visit when we have a bit more time to enjoy ourselves.

Our stay was short but oh so lovely! We felt at home as soon as we stepped foot inside the caravan. The Easter decorations and treats were a lovely touch and our 6 year old loved it! The caravan had all you would need, comfy beds and ample space for parking. The site was so quiet and peaceful. The pool was glorious, lovely and warm and very quiet with only having to share it with one other family each time we used it. Site staff were also really friendly. Brixham was lovely to walk around too. Thank you Lisa for a fab stay, we will look forward to a return trip soon!

We only stayed at the lodge for one night but it was great! We were lucky enough to have lovely weather which meant we could have dinner on the sunny balcony, with great views. It was extremely clean throughout and well equipped. We would love to come back again!

Lovely stay, we loved the welcome pack including fresh milk and bread , so the kettle was straight on for a cuppa after a long journey down. Lesley was easy to message and responsive quickly! The caravan was clean and fresh and the shower was lovely and powerful!, our fur-babies were also allowed to join us which made it lovely. I really can’t fault it. Thank you again Lesley! We chose Jo's place as it was close to Charmouth (11 mins) and Lyme Regis (14 mins by car). Our 6 year old son wanted to go fossil hunting. We arrived at Jo's cottage and she was there to greet us. She is very friendly and welcoming as well as her lovely dog Ruby. Jo also provided us with a travel cot and a changing mat for our 3 month old baby boy too, which was helpful. Jo provided us with a wheel barrow to carry our belongings to the Duck House as it was a little walk round the cottage. It's cosy and had all we needed. Our son liked the children's room he slept in and enjoyed the toys/games provided. My partner and my son did go in the swimming pool, however it was cold for our baby to go into. Jo did provide some bread, home made marmalade (that was lovely), butter, jam and milk. There was no hot water when we woke but when we contacted Jo she was straight on it and sorted it before we went out for the day. We enjoyed our stay - Thank you Jo.

Another amazing trip to Nick & Tracey’s farm. We had a wonderful camping trip, we absolutely love it here and especially enjoy all the animals. Nick recommended us the “Jack Russel” pub which was in Barnstaple (only 15 min drive) and we were not disappointed, the food was excellent - highly recommend! This is our 4th time staying at Nick & Tracey’s farm and we will definitely be booking again. Can’t recommend enough!!!

We enjoyed a 2 night stay over Easter weekend. Friendly and helpful welcome from Mark. The place is very clean, well equipped and comfortable. It’s a convenient location to access the Jurassic Coast. We didn’t have time to explore the surrounding countryside, which was a shame as lovely area. Comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space. Appreciated the dressing table with mirror, near a plug socket - excellent! (Too few places have this). Our son slept well on the comfortable sofa bed - which was easy to set up. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Lovely spacious accommodation. Very peaceful and a great base for enjoying the area. Very clean. We had some travel difficulties so were particularly grateful that Catherine kindly accommodated our very late arrival.

The cottage is gorgeous and Virginie ensured we had everything we needed for a luxurious and cosy stay. The garden is perfect for a dog, and there are lots of lovely walks on the doorstep!

Superb cottage with very good facilities set in a great location to explore and enjoy Dorset and the Jurassic coast. We would return again.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

Utterly fantastic weekend for our family get away and celebrations - Fiona and Spencer couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Just a brilliant weekend which we’ll never forget. Best spot imaginable !

A wonderful home, a wonderful host and a wonderful place. We have been coming to Lyme Regis for 20 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed at. Highly recommend it.
