Had a nice holiday week in a great cottage. Friendly and responsive host.

Peter has given us useful tips on parking in the area. In front of the door you could load and unload. Communication was excellent. Convenient place to explore Bruges with public transportation.

Compared to our previous stays at Kaat, nothing has changed .... and that's good. We are always satisfied with the accommodation and its equipment that match the description. The contact with Kaat is friendly, easy and its responsiveness is impeccable. It's clear, this wasn't our last stay at Kaat's home.

Accommodation as described, very clean, quiet with parking space right in front of the door. 2 bedrooms upstairs, bathroom toilet and kitchen /room on the ground floor , small terrace with garden chalet, cute and pleasant for a holiday. gated and secure complex with access codes and key box Visited for the new year, Bruges is 20 minutes away, Ghent 40 minutes away , Ostend 10 minutes by car, well covered because very cold but really superb with good atmosphere, the people are cool and kind. We particularly loved Ghent. Recommended.

Great stay, Close to centerpark amenities where you can find swimming pool, children's games, bowling ( you can even walk there) The sea is 150m walk away (but cold in December) 🥶 Ostend is 20min away as is Bruges Really great location to discover the area I really do it again To be done again in the warm season for us

We had a great time at Kathleen’s place! The house has a great location, right in the middle of the little town and only a few mins walk to the beach promenade. The house was the ideal setup for our family reunion with enough space for each family with separate on suit bathrooms. We also loved the large leaving room and kitchen & dining areas where we spent a lot of time! Highly recommended.

Clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation, ideally located a few hundred meters from the beach and the center of La Panne. The house is well equipped, and the garden is very pleasant when the weather is nice. The hosts are friendly and very responsive. Thanks to them for this stay. Amaury

We greatly enjoyed our stay with a large group. The house is very spacious, perfectly maintained and sparkling clean. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the beach. In addition, the communication with Astrid was top: she responds quickly and clearly. Highly recommended!

we had a nice time by the sea and the west corner. The cottage is cozy and warmly decorated, also on the terrace it is lovely. we really enjoyed it. only point of attention: if you are tall (1.98m) it is a bit bent on the sides in the house and at the gate to enter.

Beautiful cottage in a great location. Everything was perfectly fine. Communication with Rik went very smoothly. We enjoyed it and will be happy to go back.

Had a wonderful weekend in this cottage. Nice and cozy, cozy and everything you need is present, from games, to bedding to the kitchen items. All you need to do is bring your own towels. Furthermore, you have your own screened garden and there is a playground a stone's throw away. The swimming pool is also there but it was not open in our period. Plopsland is around the corner, the supermarket Delhaize is around the corner and a 10-minute drive you are on the beach. Ideal! Definitely recommended! Audrey is very friendly, super nice host. If we want to go this way again, we will definitely check if the cottage is available again. Thank you Audrey!

Beautiful and large vacation home, very pleasantly located, close to the seaside. Rented to organize a meeting here, all guests were very satisfied and everything basic amenities are available.

Right from the start Matthias and Antoine were super helpful. When we arrived at the property Antoine was there to welcome us, and throughout our stay they were very responsive to any queries we had. Very nice place and very nice people!

Perfect house, comfortable, beautiful and very well laid out. A big plus for children's games, the garden, the proximity to Plopsa park without forgetting the little touches of the host and his very kind responsiveness. Recommended place to stay.

We spend a lovely week in Isabelle’s nice and well equipped villa in Koksijde. The highlight was the light flooded living room with refined furniture. The garden was a pleasure to stay in and the place is very quiet. Isabelle provided us with all the necessary information so that we did not need to contact her. Isabelle, thank you for the opportunity to stay in your villa. We gladly recommend it to anyone who would like to enjoy a higher level of living culture.

Our stay, with three toddlers, was perfect. Since the property is fenced off, children can play in the garden (perfectly maintained) safely. The house is very well laid out and has been completely tastefully renovated. Everything is in impeccable cleanliness. We have rented several houses in the area in recent years. This one is by far the one we preferred. Added to this is a real availability of the host, who was very flexible on our arrival time. Very friendly, she introduced us to the house upon arrival. Finally, the neighborhood is lovely. We enjoyed the calm and the walks in the heart of this residential area housed in nature. There is also a large playground within walking distance. It is also possible to easily park three cars in the property. We will return without hesitation!

Nice short stay by the sea. We were very well hosted by Patrick who is very friendly. The house is very nice and well decorated, you feel at home. There's space and there's nothing missing. Terraces and garden are a plus. It must be very pleasant during the summer. Beware of the stairs that go to the downstairs bedroom as they are steep but this is a detail. It's getting used to it. I would recommend this place and we will surely come back for a future stay. 😊

Place and location are great! The house is situated in the best neighborhood of nieuwpoort with stunning architecture. It’s a perfect hideaway for a short vacation at the Belgian coast.

Flawless accommodation, tastefully renovated, very well-equipped, easy to access, close to the dike, the center and Leopold Park. Responsive and available host. Value for money is quite OK. We had a great stay with friends and with a child.
