Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Benidorm

Maria is a fantastic host, she goes beyond what should be expected by a host, we had some logistic difficulties during our trip and we could earliest check in af midnight, which was no problem for Maria, she met us personally at her place with key delivered. At check out we forgot an import painting at her place, we didn't expect to see it again, but once again Maria came to the rescue and within 2 hours she would be back at her house and lock us in to get our lost painting 😃 my girlfriend was very happy about that. so if you look for something near Alicante with a short drive distance and beach view, maria got the place for you!

Thanks to Mikele for being quick and timely in communication, and also very kind. The apartment is beautiful, just as shown in the photos, and everything is very neat and clean. It's a cozy apartment to go back to. Thank you very much. We'll be back for sure! 10 out of 10

Felix is a really good host. Very easy to deal with. The property is ideally located. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was really enjoyable.

Had a prob when we arrived with keys not being at the address but at a different location, taxi driver went out of his way to help us. Complex is very secure, fobs used to gain entry. Beautiful apartment, great space very modern. Fanastic view from balcony! We had bad weather so didn’t utilise it to its full potential! Could do with sunbeds on balcony chairs are comfy. Had no problems using the oven, washer etc. plenty of space. Plenty of shops, supermarkets & restaurants nearby. Taxi around 8 euros in a taxi into Benidorm We did tell host apartment coukd do with my crockery, wine glasses & baking trays We would definitely stay here again

Excellent Villa, in a quiet area only 15 mins from Xabia for shopping, beach and Restaurants. Well equipt villa with lots of space.

House better than in the photos, spacious rooms and good outdoor areas. Also close to the beach, you can walk in Max 5 min you reach Les Rotes. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, stylish home, very well equipped and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed using the outdoor spaces. Great location and short walk to the beach, restaurants and a little supermarket or a short drive to the town centre.

Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!

We had a wonderful 15 days! Sylvain was very sensitive to our well-being . Not to mention Giles and Gisèle who were there with us so we lacked nothing! The photos and descriptions were accurate to the listing Great place to have a pleasant holiday the accommodation is very well located, peaceful: 800 meters from the sea, shops nearby, the very beautiful town of Dénia is only 15 min by car. Pablo’s home is like staying in a real, rustic Spanish home- comfortable, welcoming and cosy. If you want uber modern it is not for you but if you want to feel part of the community, sleep well, be near the sea and the Arenal and the Port and the Old Town it is perfect. What you see on the photos and read in the description is what you get. Pablo is a very attentive host who answers quickly and cares that your stay is comfortable. We will be going back. Francisco and Concha make great hosts. The flat comes with everything you need to make travelers feel at home. Cleaning ten. His recommendations are a guarantee of success to move around Denia. They helped us with everything, even with a high chair we requested, and they gave us tips to take care of our granddaughter, who accompanied us on the trip and who we hope she always remembers Denia as a destination to return to.

Our family comes to Moraira on holiday nearly every year so we know the area very well. I can say this is definitely the best place we have stayed! The location between Moraira and Portet is perfect, with each 10 minutes walk away. The villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities to keep both children and adults happy. The kids loved the pool, I loved cooking on the bbq grill and having a wonderful dinner with family who visited and enjoying the fantastic sunset views. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside but when we did we appreciated the air conditioning a lot especially at night time. And a word for Maria our wonderful host: she couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. She’d thought of everything and went the extra mile to make the holiday special for us. I’m sure we will be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

We travel a lot with Airbnb and had never found an apartment as clean, comfortable and tidy as Juan Antonio's. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. It has everything you need and more. It's very well maintained and very new. We felt right at home. From the first moment, Juan Antonio was attentive to everything we might need and gave us a lot of information about the area. Very professional and kind. Perfect location, close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. Very quiet area at night without noise. We give the apartment and Juan Antonio a 10. We'll be back for sure!

Excellent stay in a peaceful and very pleasant residence. We stayed there as a family (2 children 6 years and 4 months). The view is just splendid and the apartment matches the photos perfectly. We'll be happy to go back.
