an extremely attractively renovated luxury and spacious apartment on the 2nd floor , directly on the promenade and the harbour , with above it a private roof terrace of 80m2 with 360 degree views of both the castle of Denia and also frontal sea view and on the harbour. entertainment area with shops and restaurants and cafes already from the front door down to the square and in the immediate vicinity. The beach is about 100 m away. Free parking on the street, or else in the parking lot at 100 m.
