Katja responded quickly to inquiries both prior to arrival and during our stay. Helpful tips for things to do and places to eat in the area were shared in advance. The apartment is very clean and in optimal condition. The spa area is even more inviting and larger than shown in the pictures. We will be happy to come back!

Spacious, centrally located Apartment in Old Town.

Our stay at Fran’s apartment was lovely, old world charm and well maintained. The premium location is superb, so close to the main street, and all the main attractions such as the castle and Philosophers Walk are within walking distance. Fran’s recommendations were greatly appreciated. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals and open a bottle of wine or two. The bathroom is spacious with a very good shower. Although it wasn’t quite warm enough in March for us to use the balcony that looked over the courtyard, it is a nice extra feature of the place. Two lovely sofas to relax on and a dining table with very comfortable chairs. The beds are also very comfortable. Communication is easy and friendly. Highly recommended. We hope to return one day.

This place is a gem, with a beautiful view over the tower and onto the rhine and mountain behind. It is SO central’s located, just a few short blocks to the main attractions, restaurants and night life. A great place to stay with a bigger group!

Katharina and Henrik's apartment is really nice, clean and very spacious. We stayed with our baby with the family and enjoyed the generous space with the small terrace. Since our baby unfortunately got sick, we can't say much about the area. However, we can definitely recommend the apartment:-)

Super nice apartment, we felt very comfortable the whole time. Nice neighbors, very quiet environment, very central we could even walk home from the castle square (center) in the evening. Very great the terrace and the balcony!! Very friendly people, a super great climate. We were "slowed down" and by the city bus that is free, you don't need a car!! In the city, through Zone 10, very quiet on the streets. Definitely worth another visit.

The stay at the getaway was really great. The apartment is very lovingly and thoughtfully furnished and there is really nothing missing here at all. It makes you feel right at home. The garden is beautiful with various seating and hammock that invite you to linger. The surrounding area is also great for walking and walking. I will definitely be happy to return!

Franks’s apartment was perfect for our family with two children. The place was very clean and very well equipped. And also we (especially our children) were excited about lots of (board) games and books. I was wondering, whether the location is good enough to reach the city center easily. The buses are working quite well and it took about 20min. to the center e.g. Mainzer Dom. But the Laubenheim itself is also nice to explore. From the apartment one can walk up on the wine hill, where you get a very nice view. Frank was a very friendly and helpful host. If you look for an apartment in Mainz, Franks apartment is a good option.
