Located in a very quiet place in the centre town of Ammerschwihr (2km from Kaysersberg, and 7km from Colmar), inside of a traditional local house, this studio is on the 2nd floor, 50m2, very suitable for tourist stay. It includes of: one living room with sofa-bed and a double-bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower, a WC. Typical Alsatian house, very quiet, completely refurbished (area 75 m2). Ideally located for visiting Alsace: the wine route (Kaysersberg village preferred by the French in 2017 is 3 km away, Colmar is 5 km away), Vosges walks with its many lakes, Christmas markets, skiing (white lake resort 25 minutes away, schnepf 40 minutes away) , golf (18 holes 5 minutes away)... The accommodation features a double bed, two single beds as well as a fifth bed in the form of a trundle bed.

Beautiful apartment with a magnificent view of the lake, renovated in 2021, ideal for large families with 12 beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 beautiful bedrooms and several living rooms where children and parents can have their privacy. Come and discover this charming apartment, spacious and completely renovated, with exposed beams and views of the vineyard. Vacation Rental in Le Ménil, quiet place and close to nature. 30 minutes from Gérardmer, and ski resorts. Two minutes to go karting and ten minutes to a riding club.
