Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Berlin

Amazing! Everything was great.

Great holiday home! We booked Katrin's house for 9 days to join the family who lives nearby. Katrin welcomed us warmly with a Frenchman without fail! The house is well laid out, tidy and tastefully decorated! Real hardwood floors that make the charm of the house, but that cracks a little. The bed consists of two 90-width mattresses, so it is very large but a little too firm compared to what we are used to. We were a couple with two young children. For the smallest of the two Katrin set up a real crib and not just an extra bed, it was great! The shutters were the only items that were a little “painful” because they are old and difficult to lower, climb or stabilize at a height. You are at the entrance to the forest and a 3 min walk to the S-Bahn S2 and a bakery with fresh breads every morning, even on holidays. Katrin lives next door and makes herself available quickly!

A cozy space in a cozy neighborhood. It really felt like home. The apartment has all the comforts and is a great base for all the beauty that Berlin has to offer. Christian is a great host who responds quickly and adequately. Our stay with two teenagers was great!

Great place to come back to after exploring Berlin. short walk from the urban to the place in addition to bus. lidl is short walk so was able to get the essentials. We would highly recommend staying here.

This is one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Louisa and Caspar were brilliant hosts, and their apartment is simply beautiful. It’s huge, very stylish and very generously equipped. It’s lovely to be in a true family home. You’ll regret not booking here! Thank you very much.

Manuela’s place was located 2 minutes away from a bus stop in a very nice neighbourhood! Staying here felt like we were locals, the surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself is cosy and has more than enough space, I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment! The location is very central – a good area with fantastic views. The apartment itself is very cozy, modern and tastefully decorated and above all clean. You immediately feel comfortable and at home. On the large , comfortable couch in the living room, you could relax wonderfully and sleep well. The sleeping couch in the main room squeaked a bit when lying down – maybe an exchange would be worth considering, but this by no means affected our stay. The host was exceptionally friendly, helpful and very flexible. The communication went smoothly, quickly and always warmly – you can tell that the well-being of the guests is really taken care of here. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this accommodation.

For cleanliness, the maximum is 5 stars. Better would be 7 stars. About the price, it's a good idea for Jess to keep the price very high, because it's not suitable for bad tenants.

We had a great weekend in this beautiful house. We were warmly welcomed with fresh flowers, a menu and a bottle of sparkling wine. We felt immediately comfortable there. There was everything your heart desires. The house is decorated with a lot of love and it looks exactly like the pictures. Thanks for the unforgettable time

The house had 3 nice bedrooms a super well equipped kitchen, it felt home very rapidly. The open space with three dining room and living was very spacious and comfortable and the garden is very nice. The pool was a very nice addition. Depending what your plans are, keep in mind the house is about 15 minutes walk from the S-Bahn. So going in Berlin downtown can take 49-50 minutes. We ended up spending more time in the area than expected and enjoying beautiful hiking and walking spaces.

Tony was a great host, and the location was unique. Throughout the house there are many small and beautiful details!
