Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Berlin

Anne's apartment is great. It can be a perfect apartment for many, especially for couples, I think. It's peaceful, clean, new and modern, places to eat nearby, grocery store close by, tram stop literally next to the apartment, amazing host- so many conveniences. Only slight exception may be for those who wants to stay at the city center, don't need a moderately spacious apartment, nor cooking at the expense of lower price. It'd be nice if there were a microwave though, unless I haven't found it :'D as I barely went to the kitchen. The shower floor is ceramic, looks good but the renters are advised to be little cautious as it may get slippery. The apartment has a slight touch of a hotel. Some may like it, but I personally prefer a complete home atmosphere. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I highly recommend the apartment for those who are looking for the criteria the apartment offers.

One of the few apartments that we've come across that actually feels alive. The true magic of Airbnb for us is when you are invited into someone's home and we felt that with Christian's appartement. We felt right at home and were excited to come back to this house every evening after a day of exploring. Christian is very friendly and quick with his responses. You will find everything you need in this appartement. There is nothing else we could have wished for.

Had a good experience

Tino was a great host who takes good care of his guests. He supported me where he could. His humorous manner and the beautiful apartment made me feel at home.

We had a wonderful time at Naveed's place. Communication and self check-in were straightforward and easy. The apartment itself was big, bright, clean and had everything we needed. The tasteful interior made it especially cozy and homey. We were also happy with the location, with the subway line U8 almost right at the building's doorstep and Hermannplatz only a short walk away. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin and hope to get to stay here again!

Alex was extremely helpful and kept in contact throughout the stay. enjoyed the the apartment and the location. I would definitely stay again.

What can you expect from Bernd? - A cuddly bed, hot shower and its own desk... But not only that, but an incredibly accommodating host, a stylish interior, a sparkling clean bathroom, top connection, a brick fur nose and a real home feeling. Can only recommend this AirBnB warmest!! Exactly what I searched for for my first 2 weeks in Berlin.

Our stay at Rocio's place was perfect! The apartment is newly renovated, very tastefully done with calming colors and great design. The layout and space is super comfortable, and the black out curtains make for a perfect sleep. The location is great, around the corner from Soho House and walking distance to all the major Mitte shopping area. We loved our stay and will be coming back for sure. What pleased me the most was that the space is even better in real life than in the pictures. I highly reccomend it!

I felt like at home 🏠

Great place to stay for our family of 5! Kids loved the play area downstairs and the baby crib and high chair were so nice to have there. Close to the U Bahn and bus stop which we took often to go into the city. Yes it is right on the street and we could hear people walking on the snowy sidewalk but it did not bother our sleep. No other noises were heard. We had a white noise machine for our kids anyway. The shower was very nice. Overall, it was great and I would recommend!

Loved them! Were like a second family. All the areas were super organizado, also it’s a extremily clean apartament. It’s location is one of the best parts too. Yo can go to the súper market by walking, it’s like 70mts, near there is a park And Station to movilizartion. Best place in which we’be been. And and travel a lot 10/10

Richie was extremely accommodating when we needed flexibility for the dates of our stay. It was one less thing for us to worry about and we are very grateful for it.

It’s an absolutely gem in a convenient location. Shops and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes drive. Our hosts are very friendly, helpful and understanding. The house is well-maintained with everything we need. Kudos!

Very spacious, clean and well equipped cottage with spacious garden in a quiet residential area. I have never used such a huge TV in my life:-) There were board games for the children, the garden is also suitable for playing and we were even able to bake waffles for breakfast thanks to the good kitchen equipment. It's the little gestures I appreciate, like the ground coffee that was already ready for the first breakfast. The beds are very comfortable and large and the bedrooms are well darkened. The house is also easily accessible by public transport, but the city buses in Werder only run hourly. This should be known if you are traveling with children without a mobile base. The Netto supermarket is two bus stations or about a 20-minute walk away. Nevertheless, the Havel-Therme is not far away by bus and highly recommended. Communication top u friendly even when clarifying a small damage.

A very good host, the place was clean and tidy, everything was like in description and on photos. She answer very fast to your messages. We recommend her 100%. Kasia
