Felicita's studio was just what we needed: everything was there and it was functional. Well located in the center but in a secluded and quiet location. Inside the ztl area but quickly and conveniently accessible from the parking lot. Felicita was the added value to our stay: attentive to our needs, affectionate, immediate and resolute in our requests. Absolutely recommended

Alessandra offers wonderful accommodations! Well lit with beautiful views the apartment is comfortable and warm in winter. It sits on the lower edge of town with a very pretty 5 minute walk up to the town center with shops and restaurants galore. Or short walks down to medieval town gates where you’ll find more shops and restaurants. Alessandra was always friendly and helpful, quick to respond to any questions or requests. We stayed almost two weeks as a hub to enjoy Assisi and surrounding Umbria and would stay at Alessandra‘s Place again.

We had a great time at Barbara's place, beautiful, well renovated, great design. The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the Major Fountain and the main places of artistic and cultural interest. Barbara was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend it to everyone

i only stayed one night at Valentina's place, her mother Manuela welcomed us with extreme kindness , she explained everything to us. I absolutely recommend this extremely comfortable apartment and impeccable cleanliness. i stayed with my husband and three very young children, one of whom was an infant and we had a really good time.

We just got back from staying in Ferruccio's apartment for nine nights. This is the third time my wife and I have stayed there. The apartment is perfect for the two us. It has everything you need. The kitchen is great for cooking. There are two bathrooms. Assigned free parking is less than a five-minute walk. But you can also drop off luggage and other items very close to the front door. We highly recommend Ferruccio's apartment and Spello. There is so much to see and do in Umbria, Spello and the towns nearby. We have no doubt that we will stay there again in the future.

We spent a few days at Paolo's charming villa. Everything went very well and we felt comfortable. Paolo is a very attentive and friendly host. with my family and our little dog we spent four days at Casa Lieta to visit Assisi and its surroundings. The location of the accommodation is strategic, Francesco was an impeccable guest, very kind and helpful, he made us feel at home. The apartment is equipped with the necessary comforts to make the stay pleasant, also,given the somewhat cold weather we found, the fireplace was the icing on the cake! highly recommended

The house exceeded our expectations by far! It is not only beautiful but also extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the dreamy garden, which offers a breathtaking view of the lake – a true oasis of peace. The communication with Andreas was excellent, as were the clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and our stay very easy. We felt completely at home here and would love to come back again!

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

By far one of the best places we have ever stayed. Almost surreal how beautiful this space is, and the surrounding property is almost too beautiful to describe. Silvia is certainly a top tier host, and her attention to detail is second to none. We are already planning a return trip. If you want to get away from it all, and never have to leave a property ( except to grab more wine), this is the place. But if you want venture out, many top attractions are less than hour drive away. The Lake views alone are worth the trip.

Rossella's place is comfortable, spacious, well-structured and with everything you need. There were 6 of us and we had a great time, the rooms are very spacious, a nice well-kept garden, as well as the fireplace and barbecue. We definitely can only recommend Rossella's place.

This is a great spot in Perugia. The space is beautiful and exactly like the photos. It’s a 20 min walk to the city center. The co-host was also wonderful.

We stayed at this beautiful villa during the Christmas period, and the experience was simply perfect! The villa is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort imaginable. The large garden that surrounds it, complete with a pool, gives an atmosphere of peace and relaxation that has won us right away. A special thank you to Mrs. Mirella and her husband, exquisite and always available people, who welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. When we had a serious issue during our stay, they were incredibly understanding and allowed us to stay an extra day than expected, helping us with great kindness. An ideal place for those looking for tranquility, comfort and hospitality of the highest level. We can only recommend this villa and we hope to be back soon! Thank you so much for everything!

I'm sure this is the best apartment we've been to through Airbnb. Marco + Michele are great hosts. I highly recommend it for those who have a car and want a comfortable and luxurious experience at a great price. Also a short drive from the Pian di Massiano mini metro with free parking so that the historic center is easy to access.

Beautiful apartment in a great location in the historic center of Castiglione del Lago. The apartment had everything that was reported in the listing. Everything was perfect. Nicola is an exemplary host. Attentive, kind, and professional. Absolutely recommended for staying in Castiglione del Lago!

The apartment is very clean, quiet and convenient to visit Perugia. Diego was very helpful from beginning to end. It's close to the old town though there's an uphill walk; you can bypass much of it by taking the escalator (scala mobile) from Via Fiorenzo di Lorenzo (right across the bus station). Good neighborhood to be close to the old town but with parking nearby if renting a car. I highly recommend Diego's place.

Christina’s place is a great base for exploring Perugia and Christina was very responsive to our requests and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby but it’s not a noisy area at all.

I stayed one night at Riccardo and Michele's place. I arrived a little late and checked myself in, and despite the process being clear and fast, I had their full assistance remotely! Very kind and thoughtful. ❤️ They even called me to make sure I was inside the house. Clean and cozy, amazing location. In the heart of beautiful Assisi, a stone's throw from the Mojano parking lot! Absolutely to try. Thanks guys...

We had a beautiful stay at Luana's place. She is a very responsive, courteous, and caring host. I had originally booked a hotel on the Basillica side of town but changed last minute to Luana's place which is located on the other end of Assisi. And I would do it again. The place is perfectly located on a quiet street within walking distance to almost everything to see in Assisi. Also located very close to one of the bus stop so your walk is mere minutes with your luggage.
