Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Biei, Kamikawa District

It was a nice house with a comfortable smell of wood. At first, it felt a little cold, but when I adjusted the heater, it became a very pleasant house, and there were many kitchen utensils and raw sulfur supplies, and it was clean, so it felt good to use.

Very nice place for our ski holiday! Would gladly return. A word of caution the stairs to the upstairs loft are very steep and take some getting used to.

this camper trailer is amazing! it’s very modern & clean. the appliance are all stylish modern. the rooftop sauna is a must try too! Den san bought us a fresh bread as a welcoming gift, made us feel like going home. we had a great night here, wish can stay longer next time. ありがとう！

Super pretty and cosy place for a large group. We loved the super functional kitchen and we managed to cook a nice warm meal during our stay there.

Really enjoyed our time here, close to Furano and the Mountains for skiing! Plenty of space for friends!

Beautiful home, we enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted with a warm welcome as we entered the premises to an already warmed up house. Great amenities, especially if you want to wash your clothes during your stay. The location is nice and quiet, out of town of Asahikawa so it’s best if you drive. A challenge for us was that there is only one shower room on the ground floor. So you have to take turns if you have a larger group and bring your clothes down from upstairs for the shower. But other than that, it was a great and comfortable stay. Thank you so much~

The view was truly stunning, with a sky full of stars at night. The location is excellent—peaceful and picturesque. The cabin is charming, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully decorated. We stayed for two nights and had an amazing sleep. Loved the futons. Like resting on a cloud! I slept like a baby. It was a truly memorable experience, from gazing at the moon and stars to spotting a woodpecker and a timid little fox in the morning. The hosts were very helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We left feeling fully recharged and only wished we could have stayed longer.

Obara’s place really felt like a traditional Japanese home with everything you needed! It’s very family and pet friendly and I would highly recommend it. A car is definitely needed as I didn’t see any public access. There are also a lot of nice and good shops around (chocolate, ramen etc). Additionally, Obara really went above and beyond as a host. I lost an item shortly after I left and he made such a big effort to check the whole house when he didn’t even need to and it was greatly appreciated. He also gave welcome snacks at the start and also respected our privacy in a shared space (if sharing the space is a concern for you). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
