A lofted 1 bedroom with King bed, living room, small kitchen and fair size shower bathroom. Interior in native spruce log and plank. A covered deck of 262sqft with private hot tub. This is a stand alone structure about 35ft from main house. Completion date was May20th starting operations 05/25/2022 thru Oct 15th. Photos are very current with grass and rock designs for a fully fenced yard. This cabin is very classy rustic appeal. Wood works are from bettle kill Alaska spruce. Tim & I. built it.ll

Completely remodeled in 2022, Carriage House will provide a luxurious experience in a convenient location with amazing views and privacy. The bedroom provides ample storage for both luggage and hanging clothes, a bench for convenience and a new king size bed for comfort. The kitchen offers all the tools for gourmet cooking including multiple coffee and tea options. The bathroom has a shower, ample counter space and a completely customizable Japanese bidet option. And the views are amazing!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Brand new build 2024 with heated garage. Right in the heart of Eagle River. Close to shopping centers, gyms and restaurants. Plenty of hiking trails to enjoy. Restaurants we love are Limeleaf and panda, Corks and Hops which are in walking distance, Lexie’s cafe, pizzaman and Matanuska Brewing. Lexies, Jitters and blondies have consistently good coffee and Jason’s doughnuts are truly amazing!
