Beautiful villa in a great location. The photos don’t do it justice! Definitely recommend.

An awesome property for a great holiday. From the time we booked our host was very helpful, patient with us and our last minute plans and nothing was too much trouble. We were very well looked after by all of the staff, the meals provided were awesome. The drivers took us to where we wanted to go and we’re very accommodating with our plans. We highly recommend this property.

This place was incredible from the moment we arrived to the very sad moment we left. The space, rooms and pool were amazing and well kept. The services and amenities were really good but the absolute star were the staff.... they are incredible people that really look after you and ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Wira, Tika and Ketut are such lovely people and made the whole family (there were 12 of us inc kids) feel at home and part of the family!... Two words.... loved it!

We needed a place to hang out until our flight in evening so we booked this - it was just what we needed and had plenty of restaurant options by the beach close by

This is a really nice property within Ayana Residence, which is located within the broader Ayana Resorts premises. The apartment is great with excellent views of the ocean. The housekeeping staff is very helpful. You have access to all the Ayana restaurants. Going around is easy as one can call the buggy to the apartment building; it usually shows us within 15 mins. I would have liked to be able to access the gym and pool at the main resort as those are more luxurious with astounding views of the ocean, but those are not available to those staying at Ayana Residence. Fortunately, the gym and pool at Ayana Residence were also decent. Overall, it is great value, and we would love to come back someday.

We stayed as a family (3 adults and 2 children) and it was the perfect place to stay for a vacation! The villa is spacious, with a large and deep pool — the children were delighted. The veranda was perfect for family breakfast and dinner. Everything is very clean, cozy and organized with care. Thank you to Mr. Mariyono, the manager of Mr. Yoga and the whole team — responsive, friendly and always available for any questions. Separately, I want to note the security post and surveillance cameras on the territory — this gave an additional sense of peace and security. The atmosphere is warm and really homey. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again!

Spacious villa, located conveniently to airport, restaurants and shopping. Large enough to fit two families easily with a bathroom for each bedroom. Pool area was also great and many hours spent within. Housekeeper Kadek was amazing. So attentive, polite, hard working and a great cook and always available. Would recommend.

What a beautiful villa and location. I celebrated my 60th with close friends and had an amazing night. The staff were friendly and always there to help with any request. They took care of organising food for 35, cooked on the grill in the rear garden. Highly recommend Villa Frangipani!!

WOW!! Our stay was a phenomenal experience! The accommodation was so unique, we loved the jacuzzi on the balcony, so peaceful and wholesome. The staff were incredible especially our Butler Komang, I would HIGHLY recommend this accommodation to everyone! It was such a lovely surprise that our room included breakfast with the freshest fruit. The sunsets were breathtaking from the balcony! Thank you so much for providing a memorable family trip!

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Simply fantastic! The stay would not have been a success without the hospitality of Dewa and Daju. It was our first visit to Bali and we will certainly be back again, the effort and little things that are done are because they really care about your experience and that you have a great stay! Amazing food, definitely have the BBQ. I certainly didn’t think the food outside of the villa was any better than the cooking by Deja! Peter was great to deal with and always come back promptly when we asked any questions. My kids loved Dewa and loved the adventures on the road with him. There certainly were some tears when we said goodbye. Thank you for truly making our stay a great time and memories to cherish :)

This place didn't really have an address in Google map, so u have to search for Suluban Villa and stop at the wooden gate that says No. 7. A walk out to the main Rd Jln LabuanSait is somewhat C shape with unpaved Rd, zero streetlamp at night, requires HP flash light. Outside the main Rd you'll find the infamous Suka Expresso, Mason Restaurant, Artisan cafe and the legendary Spring Spa, all within walking distance. This part of Jln labuansait is the more peaceful area as opposed to the chaotic Jln labuansait where the padang padang beach/Hatch disco is. Overall, I'd recommend this property for it's location albeit the treacherous walk out. But bear in mind it's not kid friendly as the wooden balcony is very low (cliffside) and the pool is so deep even adults find it hard. The host is willing to let us stay Abit longer as no one checks in on the day of our departure. Friendly Host Dewi.

We lived in this beautiful villa for 2 days and were absolutely delighted,! a large spacious villa, with very nice staff! everything is clean and beautiful, many beautiful details in the interior! there is everything you need for living. A large kitchen table, a huge sofa in the living room, a large refrigerator and lots of dishes 💖💖💖

Brilliant place to stay especially if you are travelling with friends and family. Beautiful villa with great views and absolutely brilliant staff who look after you really well. The villa and the garden were kept impeccably clean. Wish we stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities. Overall this is an excellent place to stay. Special thanks to Wayan and Rene.

Great villa in a perfect location in Bingin. Was very private and could not hear local traffic however was perfect distance from beach and restaurants/shopping. Villa was perfect condition with the pool and outdoor living area just as pictured. Bedrooms were great with outdoor bathroom attached to each room. Staff were very friendly with daily cleaning service and assisted without a hassle with anything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again.

We had a gorgeous stay. Beautiful house, very well maintained and looked after. Very close to beach and lots of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast in the Villa was excellent! Definitely worth doing. We went to cuca for lunch - very high quality innovated food. Expensive but a memorable experience. Sunset88 along the beach for dinner - which was really fun, great food, good price. Loved the pool, and staff are very friendly and responsive. Had a minor problem with dishwasher and they were there in 10 mins to fix. Overall an outstanding stay. Next time we will go for longer :)

initially stay here for 2 days but extend 1 day left cozy, clean place, honey complete facilities, for those who bring children maybe one less microwave only to heat food or breakfast . overall is good. next will stay here again when vacationing to bali

Bali Villa Blue Rose is amazing. The grounds, the views, the staff, the location were Totally amazing. More than enough room for our family of 6. Mike the villa chef cooked breakfast for us every morning. The bedrooms are the only air conditioned rooms but we didn't have a problem with that. The pool is large and provided a very pleasant spot for cooling off or just relaxing. We were visited a few days by local monkeys taking a dip which we got a kick out of. We would definitely return and stay again.
