The location of the stay is within the small allley, but it can be easily found with the address provided by host when you taking grab or taxi. There are many food stalls along the alley in this area, including some fruit stalls and banh mi stall (morning) right in front of the home stay. There are many more food stalls if you walk around the area. Overall the place ia very clean, and with modern design. The bed was quite comfortable. If you have more than two guests, you will sleep on the extra mattress provided or the sofa bed. There is drinking water provided in the room, so you don't have to boil water yourself. In the night, some noise of the motorcycle passing by is expected. But it was not that bad. The host is very nice to us, she offered us many help, including booking a taxi/grab. They let us to stay at the café at ground floor when we need to wait for the another 2 hours for checking in the next home stay. I would say this stay is totally worth the price. :)

Chi's place is great! It's ideal for two people who want a bit of space because there's two bedrooms. It's in a great location. The house feels very traditional and the decor is nice and interesting. Chi's and her sister came across as very nice and helpful people. I liked them a lot. Would definitely stay again if it's possible Thank you 🙏.

Had a fantastic stay at the Botanist Lab. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Check in was easy and simple. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was a bit worried that the place would not look like the photos, but the photos that the host posted online is exactly what you'll get. Rooms are very quiet and you can't hear a thing from outside. I had my wedding during this trip, and with Vietnamese weddings there are certain traditions that you need to follow. One of the traditions was bringing presents from the grooms house to the brides house. I wanted to use this beautiful home as the grooms house. I had requested the staff to allow me to decorate the entrance with a small gate and some flowers and they were very accommodating and went above to ensure everything went smoothly on our special day. Overall, I had a great experience staying at the Botanist Lab. I will most likely book this listing again the next time I come back. 10/10

I loved this stay. The house was very clean, and the host provided free drinking water, instant coffee, tea, toiletries, and even a washing machine. I especially loved the porch area with a clothesline to dry laundry, making it super convenient to hang clothes after washing them. The weather in Vietnam can be hot, but luckily the house had air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, so it was very comfortable. There was also hot water for showers, but be sure to ask the host how to turn it on. The cohost was fantastic—she replied almost immediately to any questions I had, and communication was smooth since she speaks Vietnamese, Cantonese, and English. The location is great—there’s a local market nearby, and a 10- to 20-minute drive will take you to Lotte Mart and Vạn Hạnh Mall. I mainly used Grab for transportation. Quick tip: if the driver can’t find the address, give them the alley number and street name instead of the house number.

Because it's located in an alley, the house is quiet, clean and tidy. The location is convenient for shopping, sightseeing. Descriptions and images are close to reality, the host and neighbors are friendly. Thanks for hosting us !

Good Communicate

Great location, just 5-10$ taxi to each any tourist places. The best part was the place was big enough for my entire family of 10 people. Nothing better than spending vacation with my family under the same roof. The host was very responsive and attended to all of our needs. This 3 floors house have all essentials from machine-filter drinking water, clean towels, soaps, and toilet paper. Only issue was 2 of the bathrooms is a bit small compare to the third bathrooms in the 3rd floor. It was minor and didn’t really affect our stay since all the pros of this Airbnb. Great little place. Amazing Thai across the street, Grab came within minutes, street food and cheerful locals everywhere!

Need a place to sleep a few hours after a long flight and before my check-in to hotel. This was near the airport and for the money very convenient and clean. Was able to book when landed and easily gained access. Very comfortable and added bonus of having a small sauna in the bathroom. The air-con was a bit weak though.

When we entered the Airbnb we were positively surprised. Really surprisingly comfortable and clean, all the details were accurate. The photos show less of the homely and charming atmosphere. We felt very much at home and the apartment was equipped with all the comforts. The Airbnb is located in D1, a busy neighborhood where there is a lot to see and all amenities (supermarket, restaurants, market). However, the city is huge, so you have to walk far or grab Grab taxis from the Airbnb, so be prepared for this. Trung is incredibly friendly and quick. Our flight didn't go until late afternoon and we were allowed to stay in the apartment until then, without problems. Highly recommended!

Our group of three had a super cute stay in a studio apartment with a big bed and a sofa that transforms into a bed. The room was spacious and charmingly decorated, like something out of a movie. Hosts Bi and Bê were so friendly, it felt like staying at a friend’s place. We arrived at 11 PM, starving, but thanks to their clear instructions, we checked in lightning fast. The kitchen and laundry on the third floor were super handy, especially for late-night snacks. The apartment is right in District 3 but surprisingly quiet. For this location and amenities, it’s totally worth it! We’ll definitely be back and recommend this place to friends. A well-deserved 5-star rating for the hosts!
