Holiday rentals with beach access in Birkenes Municipality

Very satisfied. We were three adults and had plenty of room. Lovely location right by the water. Peaceful and nice area. Nice host. Would love to come back.

We stayed for two months in beautiful surroundings. There is a beach where you can refresh right near the accommodation, and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet, so it was good to rest comfortably. It was a pity that the weather was cold and rainy, so I didn't enjoy the outside environment freely, and that's why I want to go again during the season when the weather is good. However, I think the ceiling of the house is a little low.

The host is friendly and easy to communicate with. It is located in a quite and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment is clean with all the facilities that is listed. The kitchen has everything available to cook. At the same time, it is close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Very happy with your stay at Bente's place. She responded quickly, was flexible and not least the apartment was very nice and clean. Recommended 🙂

Excellent stay at Jarl's. The apartment is nice and very well equipped. The location is perfect (Apartment in the new district of the island of Kristiansand, on the seafront right next to the opera) . Jarl is always available via phone or what's app to assist, advise you.

A great apartment very centrally located. Sofa bed was comfy and easy to set up with the bottom sheet already on. I particularly liked the bathroom - very modern and spacious shower. Host provided things like shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee etc. Very friendly host and clear instructions on the shelf check in.

Our stay was perfect in every way. The flat makes you feel at home from the very first moment and is decorated with love. Everything was perfectly clean and ready to use. The communication with Tor was outstanding as he was quick and helpful with all questions and even gave information about fishing, hiking, shopping etc. in the area. Definitely recommend!

Lovely house in great surroundings. Well-equipped kitchen. Lovely beds with clean pillows and duvets. Easy access and nice information about all the practicalities we needed in advance and along the way. We were 10 adults during our stay. Recommend this place. Absolutely great stay in every way!

We had a really nice stay at Linn Emilie's place. We were two families with two little ones, ages 1 and 4. Very nice and child friendly house in a good location. Great outdoor area. Short distance to Lillesand city center with everything Lillesand has to offer and a short drive to Dyreparken. We would gladly came back.

We were allowed to spend our last 3 days in the house before we had to go to the ferry to Kristiansand. Location of the house was ideal for us. From there you can drive well into the city or into nature for hiking. The house is well furnished and has everything you need. Enjoyed our time. Just to recommend.

Very pleasant place for a bunch of 3 family(10pcs). Clean, quiet and easy to find, is not far from the city centre. Hot tub is amazing and great enjoyment for the whole gang.

Nice house with good sleeping space for 3 adults and 3 children. The house was well kept and clean. Nice patios in quiet area. A short walk to the grocery store. We used the house in connection with a visit to the zoo. That worked great

If you dream of a holiday in Sørlandet, we can definitely recommend Lillesand and the house of Yngve. Large and spacious house, less than a stone's throw from the sandy beach and sea. Where we also got to try out the two kayaks that come with the house. Walking distance to the city center, and short drive to Kristiansand, Arendal, Grimstad, Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret. Should we wish for one thing, there was several garden furniture.

We had a very nice stay in this home and everyone in the family from ages 3 to 67 were happy:) Short distance to the campsite with fun trampoline and walking distance to Lillesand city center with good restaurants. Perfect location with a little drive to Dyreparken. Highly recommend!

Super space for 2 families with 4 children.

The host was always quick to respond, and the house was really pleasant. I would stay again next time I get a chance. However, sometimes the sound of music is loud next door.

Great studio, beautifully modernly furnished and equipped with all comforts. Felt very comfortable and remarkably clean and tidy all. Lovely shower. Nice detail were the fresh eggs from their own chickens, sweets for both the dog and us. Also, the food/drink baking for the dog was already ready! (We have never experienced that before that the dog is so welcome). You have an amazing view of Kristiansand from the studio which is beautiful both during the day and in the evening. We would definitely book it again.

The apartment is very very clean and cozy, it's a great place to stay

My mother stayed in this apartment for a whole month, and she was very satisfied. She loved the cleanliness, the privacy and the lovely view. Communication was great.

The accommodation was great in its location, comfort and facilities, and Tor was very welcoming and helpful, responding quickly to messages. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay in a beautiful accommodation. Very clean, great amount of amenities in the kitchen. Host was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. It is a little walk to the main centre ( approx 20mins) and there is a little city train you can get for a mini tour in the centre. The swimming pool centre nearby is really worth going to and a few super markets nearby as well as a great kiosk that serves great ice cream and food. Travelled with children, it was a great stay and highly recommend a visit to Kristiansand.
