Walking distance to salmon river and swimming area, bus stop, shop, hiking area and nearby street kitchen. Guests have free access to the gazebo and the garden. Private entrance. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. Nice nature.

There you will find bakery, grocery shops, pharmacy, etc. Birkeland is known for its great hiking trails for the whole family. Salmon fishing in the Tovdalselva river is also possible in season. It takes 20 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo by car, 14 minutes to the southern village of Lillesand and 31 minutes to Kristiansand.
