Beautiful Hidden Gem in Leipzig's quiet neighborhood Katarina's place is more than what is described on the website. The house is located in a secluded quiet woody area, and it is a more than 100-year-old, pretty large cottage that they remodeled in their basement for guests with a modern design. This AirBnB includes a large living room with two beds, a kitchen with an extra living room surrounded by plenty of green, and a modern bathroom with a large shower space. I love their floor heating system. Once you set the temperature, you enjoy the warm room even when it is stormy outside. I experienced life in Germany, cooking, composing garbage (it was my first time!), and chatting with Katharina about our families and the two countries. Katharina is very caring, and sincere, and she never forgets the hospitality. It is rare to meet such an honest good person on earth these days. We missed an opportunity to walk to a lake nearby together, so I will return to her home again.

An apartment filled with lovely notes so you know exactly where to find a good restaurant or an alpaka farm if you‘re in the mood for a nice walk! Clean and tidy place, enjoyed the stay!

Felix contacted us before check-in with extensive information on arrival, etc., and was always easily accessible for questions. The apartment absolutely met the description and was perfectly located for our purposes and beautifully quiet. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to book again :)

The video, which was sent at check-in, explained the location of the apartment and the key save. The video helped us a lot! To reach the associated parking lot by car, we had to drive through a piece of pedestrian zone. That was weird at first. Good that we were at the apartment on foot before. The apartment was great. Our children immediately felt comfortable and at home. :) The apartment is 3 minutes from the zoo, just great and you can leave the car. The fenced parking was also perfect. All in all it was super nice 3 days. Can we recommend it with a clear conscience 👍🏻

Beautiful, clean and well furnished apartment in quiet camp near Clara Zetkin Park. The available underground parking space eliminates all parking concerns. There are numerous good restaurants in the area. Shopping facilities are also easily accessible within 5 minutes on foot. Communication was also very good. Questions were answered within a few minutes. Highly recommended.

We could only stay one night, but the place was awesome and Frank was great in helping us park our car and get settled. It's a modern, comfortable place, and he had decorated it for Christmas. The grocery store and a bakery are a short walk away and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a gourmet breakfast. We hope to come back and stay!

Great apartment with very good amenities in the kitchen and bathroom, corresponds to the pictures. Note on arrival and departure for physically impaired guests: Apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator.

Anke was very flexible with check-in and gave us a good tour of the castle and Airbnb. The pictures do not do justice to the apartment - it is much more spacious, brighter and nicer than expected. The terrace overlooking the castle garden is also beautiful. The surroundings also delighted us: the castle garden and the art hiking trail invite you to take long walks and the ice cream cafe right outside the door was perfect for a little break. Absolutely recommended!
