Patty’s Barn was a lovely stay for our family. Michelle was very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The place we stayed at was cosy and full of character, with great facilities for us to use on site.

We had a great stay in this lovely property. We were provided with everything we could ever need for our short stay. Lovely homely decor, a large sunny enclosed garden (which was great for our dog). comfy couches and beds and a lovely welcome pack. This is probably the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in and we would definitely book again. The wood fired hot tub was also a massive bonus as was the wood burning fire in the lounge. Amy was really responsive to any communications and was a great host.

Beautiful lodge - perfect for a couple of nights away with our 1 year old. Deborah was a great host - she provided a high chair for us for the stay which was much appreciated, along with lots of lovely touches (like milk, wine and beer). She provided local recommendations before we arrived and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. would definitely recommend for a getaway.

My partner and I visited the cottage in early June. Not only were the photos a true reflection of the property, the attention to detail that has gone into the cottage is beautiful. The cottage is in an ideal location, with several local amenities within walking distance. Communication with simply booking was both swift and concise. The only issue from our time spent at the cottage was when we were in the hot tub and laughing, a nosy male customer that had parked in the car park of the nearby pub peered over the wall of the private garden making that experience uncomfortable.

Bank House Cottage is an exceptional cottage to stay at. Hosts Veronica and Alan were wonderful, giving local recommendations and ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. The cottage itself is beautiful and has an interesting history. It was sparkling clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We also availed of the Hot Tub which was luxurious and very relaxing. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at the cottage and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful spacious house . Thomas gray house. Great location. Grounds really nice. Even used hot tub as weather was sunny and warm. Jerry had made sure that was ready. Kitchen lovley. Bedrooms really nice. Tv in every room. Games consoles grandkids made use of. Lovley family house. Would go thete again no problem. Jerry thought of everything very very good host.

Lovely place to stay, very clean. Hosts were friendly and very responsive. It is out the way due to it being off the road, so it’s nice if you want to relax in private. List of places in the cottage to eat/ drink that are nearby which were handy as we don’t know the area at all, the restaurants were within 10/15 mins driving distance which we didn’t mind driving too

Lovely cottage in a beautiful place

Really relaxing, felt right at home and in the most beautiful, natural location. Our dogs loved the walks and you feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Will definitely be staying here again.

Overall - a nice little family retreat in Lytham. Only 5 mins from centre of the town. Quiet neighbourhood and good quality accommodation

We really enjoyed staying at the coach house, located perfectly for access to Lytham and Blackpool. Big enough for 6 of us staying and with enough room for us to have had family around for dinner one evening. The accommodation itself is well kept, easy to find and Liz left clear instructions for access prior to us arriving. If you have a dog the garden is ideal for them to potter round securely. We had a wonderful stay being a party of 8 bridge players from our local club, having a 4 night break on The Fylde coast so that we could play at local clubs. Pets allowed was a bonus. The former guest house is adequately furnished for a large group with the kitchen, dining and lounge facilities being perfectly fine; it's not 'grand' but great value for the price. Drumford is excellently located by the tram stop and has lots of parking. There are many eateries and a supermarket nearby. The only thing that let it down was the plumbing. We were advised that because of low water pressure in the area that this could impact on showering and this was the case. We suggest that this aspect should be upgraded. But overall... a positive review from us and look forward to another stay in the future.

Great place for groups. Has all amenities needed. Bathroom had fallen off but generally all good.

Brilliant house, easily accommodated 5 of us, all happy having our own en suite rooms. The garden was a lovely communal area. We had lovely weather so didn't spend much time inside. The kitchen was well equipped. We hope to return!!

Really peaceful location with easy access to then Fylde coast. Clean, comfortable and fantastic value! Would return and can wholeheartedly recommend.

The apartment was superb, great location, very moden and clean, and beautifully decorated with plenty of cooking equipment, towels and extra bits to make the stay feel like home. Very helpful and responsive host - will definitely come again!

Excellent stay, the quality of the accommodation and the perfect environment! Everything is easy to access! Only pay attention to the lack of small touches: no toilet paper in some toilets and no hanging rack! Thank you for the stay!
