Excellent family stay. Very clean. Spacious. Good amenities. Very close to the pleasure beach and a tram stop to quickly get you into town centre. Would definitely recommend staying here for a family.

Carl's place is great! Exactly what we needed, it's comfortable, clean and in a great location. Just as it looks on the pictures. Ideally located for the zoo and a short drive to the promenade. We will definitely stay again!

An absolute gem of a property! Spacious, modern, extremely clean and tidy. Excellent facilities, easy parking and close to town centre. Host was an excellent communicator, sharing clear instructions as to how to get in and subsequently leave the house. This is one of the best Air BnB’s I have stayed at and would highly recommended to any families to stay in. I will definitely be back. Dean Coady OBE

Our Host was par excellent. we were at home away from home. couldn't ask for more. Clean, tidy, and fabulous ambience. What a wonderful holiday. The house was exact what we were looking for and very proximity to lots of activities.

We spent only one night at Naomi’s place, arriving very late after a family event, but it was a pleasant overnight stay with super comfortable beds and a great shower in the morning. I left a necklace behind and Naomi and Darren kindly looked for it and sent it to me by registered post, for which I am very grateful.

Jane is a wonderful host. So helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful. Everything we could of needed. Felt at home, beds comfy, everything clean. Location perfect, close to restaurants , and short drive to Lytham green. And St Anne’s beach. Thank you , will definitely stay again,

The apartment was spotless. The location was perfect for my needs as I was visiting family in the local area. It was within walking distance to the Prom and town centre and if walking isn't an option there are great public transport options nearby. Phil was very responsive and proactive with any queries I had and I definitely would try to book this apartment again when I am next over.

A perfect place to stay for a dance comp at the Winter Gardens. Apartment was beautiful, clean & had everything we needed. Location was quiet and only a 7 minute walk from the ballroom. Communication and check in was super friendly & easy. And a real bonus having a dedicated parking space right outside. We shall be back. Thank you so much.

Had a great stay and Wayne was fabulous. Only a mile walk to the north pier. We were let down last minute so tried to find somewhere quickly. What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

Julie was really responsive from the start - made a huge impact! The place was gorgoeus and we immediately fell in love with the set up - especially the HUGE tv which made it a holiday into itself. We strode to the promenade many times - seemed to be conparable to the carparks, so close as you can get. Huge Sainsbury's close by as well as a smaller co-op as you walk to the promenade. Nikki was a fantastic host. The place is absolutely stunning. I loved how it was so dog friendly. The hot tub was 10/10, one of the best I have used. Beach is only 2 minute walk away with lots of cafes and places to eat. The town centre isn't far only 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend. Me, my partner and our dog had a lovely weekend.

Home after a two night stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Having the hot tub in the cabin with the toilet and shower was incredible, no trips back in the house to use the loo. The place is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more. thank you Debbie.

We’ve just returned from a 3 night stay here. David’s place is lovely and in a very safe/quiet area just outside of the town. You can walk into lytham in less than 20 minutes and be at the beach in 10 minutes. A perfect base for exploring both st Anne’s and lytham. We had everything we needed for the stay and felt right at home. Thank you so much!

Lovely home from home, very comfy bed and spotlessly clean home for the weekend. Easy to find in a quite safe road with off road parking and private entrance. Great find and will visit again.

Fantastic time staying here on my 2nd visit. I stayed for a few weeks and felt right at home the whole time. Danielle was always on hand if I had a question. She was always very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend! I look forward to staying again.
