Great place to stay for our winter vacation. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building complex. Sauna and fitness area are in very good condition. The water temperature in the swimming pool (and in the baby pool) is a bit fresh, but it can still be well tolerated.

The stay was great. Location can't be better. The apartment is right on the city center. The apartment was very comfortably furnished, you felt right at home.

We stayed a week in Sebastian and Angelika's great apartment and felt super comfortable. The very clean apartment is quiet but still centrally located in Waldkirchen, an ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby Passau and the Bavarian Forest. The apartment is very cozily furnished and lavishly equipped, everything was simply thought of, from coffee, tea, spices, bathing items, etc., just everything available, we missed absolutely nothing. Communication with Angelika and Sebastian was quick, straightforward and very friendly. We can fully agree with the positive reviews so far and fully recommend the apartment. We stayed with Christoph for a few days with our dog. We were happy and so were our dog. He could walk around and play freely and we were also able to relax superbly. We will definitely be back! The garden is simply heavenly. Thanks for everything

Very welcoming cottage. The living area is large and comfortable. The wood-burning stove is efficient for heating quickly. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms. Wooden stairs can crack (for people with light sleep). Pay attention to electricity consumption.

We visited for the second time now because the house is simply magical. It is sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. We enjoy the tranquility and the area and especially the good air, here you can completely disconnect from everyday life. Hatice is always totally friendly and super straightforward. Their in-laws live on site, next door. Great guide, who are always available and help right away if you need anything. Couldn't be better. Gladly again!

This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed with Lucie with five family parties over New Year's Eve. There was plenty of space in the apartments and with a total of 13 people, all had space in the cozy lounge. The fireplace has also provided coziness on our game evenings. The individual apartments are well equipped. We lacked nothing. We visited the horses on the neighboring property more often and could have horseback riding. Lucie is very friendly and greeted us on arrival and showed and explained everything. She also proactively inquired if everything was okay. Communication was nice at all times and Lucie responded quickly. Her husband was also immediately on hand, very helpful and nice when there was a small power outage or it was about saying goodbye on our departure. We highly recommend the place! :)

We had a very nice weekend at Milan's house. The house offers a lot of space and especially the common area is a highlight. It is very nicely located and you can also be a little louder as a large group. I would book the house again immediately.

So far the best place we've been to. The amenities and cleanliness were really great. Surroundings are really beautiful. There is a lot to visit in the area. Unfortunately, it was still a bit too cold for the spacious pool, but we are planning to go again in the summer. What we liked most was the kindness of our hosts. Holger and Brigitte are very friendly, accommodating and have recommended us very nice excursion destinations. Our little one also had great fun with the chickens and chicks. I am very excited about the new activities that Holger and Brigitte will offer. We had a really nice holiday. Many thanks to Holger and Brigitte.

The stay was very pleasant. Beautiful apartment in a beautiful place. Despite the ongoing renovations next to the apartment, we had peace and QUIET. When we needed anything, Gabriela responded almost immediately and took care of everything. Thank you so much.

The check-in was very warm with cheesecake and sparkling wine on New Year's Eve. The host is very accessible, communicative and has given very good tips for excursions in the area. The apartment is fantastically located with sun from rise to sunset and is super clean. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can also cook well yourself. With the basic oven, it is chubby warm in winter and the sauna overlooking the mountains is highly recommended (bookable for a fair extra charge). We felt comfortable and definitely recommend the place!

Simply beautiful! The apartment is bright, modern and equipped with really everything you could need. We even found coffee, tea, water and some sweets to welcome you. The hosts were immediately available for questions, there were clear instructions on check-in and check-out. Great location to explore Deggendorf, Plattlingen and surroundings.

We enjoyed Jenny's apartment and felt very comfortable there. We also liked the area very much, as there were some hikes that you could start right outside the front door.

Everything was perfect. We dated here for almost a week and had one of the best times. The host is very friendly and very fast in response. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything one might need. The resort itself had a lot of activities to do. Will definitely come again!
