Great location, 20min walk to the city center max. Overall, I definitely recommend it. There is everything you need in the house.

such a nice apartment ,view overlooking the beach and beautiful sunsets ,very helpful staff and lovely cleaner who came in every 2 days changed towels and linen and every few days cleaned the whole apartment which we didn't expect ,would definitely recommend , the only problem not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as are 2 flights of stairs

Great property and location, we loved the views and the ease of walking into Bodrum. The guardian Mahmet was very welcoming and friendly and always on hand to help out if needed. Strongly recommend

The apartment was great! Very clean and everything is available. Magnificent view. Huma was always immediately helpful and went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. The free house we preferred for our Bodrum holiday was excellent. Every detail was considered for a comfortable life at home. The bathroom was clean. The bed linens were backed up and clean. Everything was sparkling clean in the kitchen. Thank you so much for everything. If we have a basement plan again, it will be our choice. 🩷🩷🩷

We stayed at Erdal Bey’s apartment for a week and overall had a pleasant experience. The house is centrally located, but the nearby beach is not the cleanest for swimming. We encountered a water issue during the first two days, but Erdem Bey did his best to assist. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need, and overall, it's in great condition. However, to reach better swimming beaches, you will need a car. Additionally, the area has occasional water supply issues, so it's important to check the water tank in advance to avoid any shortages. Despite these minor inconveniences, the house and surroundings were beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is new and is located in a quiet location. The accommodation contains all the amenities you could need. Someone was always available for questions and the communication was friendly and nice. Thanks again for a great stay.
